Expanded in 2024, this exceptional property elegantly blends the charm of exposed stones and high-end facilities, offering an ideal setting to recharge.

Upon arrival, you will be seduced by its 8 spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 18 people. The villa consists of multiple living spaces, including a main house, an annex, an outbuilding, and a studio dedicated to service staff if needed. Three fully equipped kitchens, including a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area, will allow you to share convivial moments with complete freedom.

Situated on a closed 6,500 m² plot, with no overlooking neighbours, the villa offers direct beach access via a private path. Enjoy an unobstructed sea view, especially from the elevated seafront terrace, perfect for savouring an unforgettable sunset. The heated outdoor swimming pool, its pool house, and its petanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.

- House staff available in July and August (and upon request for the rest of the year)

- One adult bicycle per person (with assistance across the island if needed - children's and electric bikes available at an additional cost)
