Renovated throughout, it is set in a 1500 sqm landscaped garden with a secure 12 x 4.5 metre heated swimming pool, a 30 sqm pool house with a wc, a covered terrace with a dining area and a plancha, and several other terraces.

210 sqm of living space specifically fitted for holiday rental includes an entry with a cloakroom, a bright air-conditioned living/reception room with a fireplace, a dining room and kitchen opening onto terraces, a pantry and equipped utility room, a wc, and two air-conditioned suites with shower rooms, dressing rooms and wc. One is equipped with a TV.
Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a study area) with double beds which may be separated to create singles, a bathroom and a separate wc.
By the swimming pool, an annex comprises a further air-conditioned suite with a shower room, a dressing room and a separate wc.

5-bedrooms – Maximum capacity 10 (children included)

Minimum rental 1 week, and two weeks in July and August.
