-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

Very nice getaway spot

The rooms were bog, beds we’re comfortable, and the location was good, would definitely stay here again, only problem was parking but overall everything went smooth.

Nice place to stay

Turned our ok

Overall this comdo was ok. We were there for 1 week (June 27-July 5th). I understand that all places are more expensive around the holidays but this was not worth the price increase. Positives: Check-in was easy. Cose to the besch, gas stations, cvs, & a short drive for restaurants & groceries. The condo is decorated nicely & the updates they did are nice. Bedrooms are a decent size and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking & eating. The pool was warm. Beds were comfortable & pillows are nice. Downside: The pictures online are deceiving. I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. Condo is smaller than it looks on pictures. When we arrived it was 86° in the condo. It took a night & full day to reach a comfortable temperature. Sleeping the first night was rough. The ceiling is super low in the entrance & hallways. Pool area is a little run down. Hot tub wasn't working. Parking was tight & guests & residents don't follow the rules. One night my husband had to park his car at the fire station & walk back to the condo. Another day I couldn't park in the designated parking for our condo because one of the residents in another combo had her family park there. Overall it turned out fine, but for the money, I'd stay somewhere nicer & probably closer to the city & make the drive to the beach.

Girls trip

Everything was wonderful except that when the sun comes in the two bedrooms down the hallway. The rooms get pretty hot. We called for a fan to blow some cold air from living room. Might want to see about tinting the windows to help. Everything else was wonderful! We all enjoyed this cute condo.

Nothing like the pictures, dishonest rental company!

Worst vacation in 20 years here at the coast. First off, when we arrived we were told that we did not have a place for our small 5x8 trailer and could park it on the road (there was no room unless they mean the bicycle lane) and we were charged $25 a night for a storage facility miles away. The rental agreement said nothing about trailers, only RVs, campers, pop-ups and boat trailers. The room itself was well below what we were expecting. The a/c is a Nest which goes to 78 during the day and you have no control. The rooms were super hot at night and it was impossible to sleep. Our stay was 5/29-6/3, so I can't imagine what it will be like for those in the hot part of summer. Also, the only TV is in the living room. None of the rooms had a TV. We received 1 towel and 1 washcloth each so we were constantly running the washer/dryer combo that was super loud and stunk! The bathroom had mold on the baseboards and some red mystery goo running down the wall. The ceilings are super low in the hallways and bathrooms which give you a claustrophobic feeling. If you swim at the pool, one of the other residents is recording everything with their Ring camera pointed right at you off the balcony. An uncomfortable feeling when your two daughters are swimming. This place is nothing what it looks like in the pictures. There is constant construction right outside the rooms day and night, and a mattress in front. On the 4th day, another old mattress appeared out front!

Great 3-month stay!

The check in process was easy. The management company was quick to respond to a few minor issues we had. Our condo was clean upon arrival. The location was close to a drug store, grocery store, restaurants, a gym, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Good condo for adults

This condo is set up well for adult guests. Loved that there are 3 bedrooms with king size beds! We were in town for a wedding, so fortunately we were not planning to spend much time at the condo. The pool looked nice however. The beach is not handy, ie not walking distance and you have to buy a $12 parking permit for the beach. Again, though, it wasn't a problem for us as we had other things to do. I saw other reviewers griping about the parking, but we had 2 cars and found the assigned parking and guest parking in the garage very adequate and we appreciated the parking garage. The biggest thing that we found lacking in the condo was a big table at which to eat. If we had been a group with small children, the barstool arrangements would have been problematic . We didn't try to cook any meals there, so I can't speak to how well the kitchen is equipped. Some little things that we would have found useful - coffee filters, salt and pepper, basic condiments, enough coffee to brew one pot on our first morning, some tea bags, plastic wrap, liquid hand soap for the kitchen. A Britta water pitcher or a full on water filtration system would be useful as the tap water tastes horrible. Please check the hot water in the sink in the bathroom with the shower - it never gets hot. Although the condo owner would have not control over this, there is a major construction project going on next door starting early each morning, so lots of noise and the only view is of a huge sand pit. All in all, though, this condo suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay. We did appreciate the simple check-out procedure.

Was a nice place but parking is bad. Parking garage is very small and only enough parking for one car. No handicap access. Cable and internet went down so we had no wifi for most of the day. Pool closes to early.
