Best Hosts and Cabin!

I have stayed at several Vrbo properties in the past and I was always left a bit disappointed with the Vrbo rental in one way or the other. The Goldilocks cabin owned by Justin and his wife was beyond what we expected! The rooms are super clean. No bugs in the rooms! The beds were super comfortable. Justin was always so quick and so nice to respond to my questions. The location of this cabin is perfect! Only 7-10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and maybe 15-20 minutes from Gaitlinburg. My little neice (3) loved the video games and had a ball at Dollywood and Splash Country not to mention the Island. I would rate this cabin a 10 and our hosts a 10 as well and would stay with them again in a heartbeat! Loved it!!!

Family meet up

We had a great visit here. There is so much to do nearby~from mountains/nature/hiking to night life and tourist attractions. The home was very clean. Plenty of amenities to feel like home away from home. Everyone enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Plenty of space to spread out and chill in small groups as well. The host was extremely responsive and approachable. A great experience overall! Hope to make it back another time.

Great Place To Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, easy drive up to the cabin and everything was as advertised. The cabin was very clean and host was extremely responsive and great about ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful place!

This cabin was perfect for our family! Close to everything but away from the noise and bright lights of the city. Great views all around and plenty of space for all of us! Loved the hot tub and games in the basement 😀 Comfortable and cozy - perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Awesome family vacation

I'll start by saying the vrbo app I used to book the cabin stopped working on me when we were on our way there and I reached out to the host and he got me all the information I needed and got it back in a timely manner. This cabin was very nice and clean. The location was awesome. It was close to a lot of attractions in the area. We were a family of 6 and had a lot of room to move around. I would definitely recommend..

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for our crew. The main floor has a bedroom and a bathroom that was great for my parents to not have to routinely go up and down stairs. The cousins (ages 11-18) really enjoyed the downstairs basement game room area that gave them their own space to hangout and stay up way later than the rest of us. The cabin was perfectly located close to town and attractions but still tucked away to enjoy the Mountain Views and atmosphere. We did have to reach out to the owner and he was quick to respond. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great place to enjoy some family time!

Favorite cabin so far!!!

Year 3 in the tradition to come to Tennessee for thanksgiving, this cabin was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was 10/10. Close to town but still secluded. Cabin was in great shape, and the owners were everything a 5 star could be. Loved every bit and will for sure be back

It was Ok

The inside of cabin was nice,but they used old photos for the listing,so it was kinda misleading. The pool table in the photos was different. The outside decks need some up keep and cleaning. The grill was tiny and burns your food cause the burners need replaced.The outside security light by the steps disnt work.. I myself eouldve had a table on both upper and lower decks. The photos also showed nicer red outdoor chairs. The view in the listing from the deck was old,cause now there are trees blocking the view. Need to UPDATE the photos. The main room TV disnt work,wentxthe intire week without it. They shouldve went to Wal-Mart and got a replacement and changed it while we was there. Otherwise we still enjoyed ourselves but next time we will go with the Cabin further up the road called the View cause it has the View.. Plus looks like a nicer set up..

Family weekend away

The cabin was awesome. Great location, we used maps for locating and had no problem. Its’s really close to town. Paved roads all the way to it. The kids loved the hot tub and game room. Renting was fast and a flawless. Highly recommend this rental.

Dissatisfied With Expectations.

The cabin and location itself is beautiful. However; this particular cabin does not have adequate heating. It only has one unit/thermostat on the main level. Due to this the basement stays and is very cold. The basement was one of the main reasons we wanted this cabin. The first day/ night we stayed the base was extremely cold. We did turn the temperature up to try and warm it up. Due to the cold, some of our party couldn’t sleep in their private room. Instead they had to sleep on the main level couch. Also, we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities. We did reach out to cabin owners, they had us check for a 2nd thermostat and turn the heat up. We did this and noted to the owner the next morning it was still very cold. He then issued a maintenance ticket. Where an individual came later that day and gave us a portable heater for the basement and side bedroom. This did seem to work and warm up downstairs. But at this point a whole day has passed where we could not do anything downstairs. The owner, could have offered some of a discount refunded back and or a later checkout. None was offered! Again, this cabin was selected due to rooms, and amenities. But our experience was not as enjoyable as it could have been. Sincerely, Disappointed cold review

We can’t begin to describe what an amazing time we had at the cabin. Everything was just as described online, if not even better. Check in was super easy, and Justin and Kari were just so helpful with any questions/concerns we had from the second we booked our stay months before until we checked out. Communication was super easy! We can’t wait to come back in the future.
