Sunny Skies Estates is located in a well established East Naples neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes from downtown Naples near the Gulf of Mexico beaches and 5th Ave South shopping. It is near fine dining, grocery shopping and anything you will need. Lake Avalon is a freshwater white sand beach located 5 min away from Sunny Skies Estates offering beautiful sunsets, boating, water skiing, sailing classes and fishing.

Sunny Skies Estates features tile floors throughout, granite counter tops, standard clean appliances, 8-foot doors, in home theater with 70-inch television and many more touches of luxury. The residence has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and sleeps 8 guests.

Flat screen televisions are provided in every room of the residence with Xfinity & Wi-fi included for the home away from home experience.

There are enough towels for beach events along with secured outside storage for beach accessories. Bedding and dishes are also available and stored in the cupboards and shelves. The dining room is ideal for 6 people and is located off the kitchen.

You can park your car on the private driveway or under the car port away from the elements.
The patio contains a big dining table with seating for five. There is also a four-person wicker patio conversation set. The backyard is one and half lots in size offering plenty of space for outdoor activities and entertainment.

The laundry room contains a washer and a dryer.

Small dogs are a option for an additional fee but please advise in your request the size of your pet.

Visiting Naples 2024

This property was in a great location just south of the city of Naples giving easy access to the city and to Marco Island. The house is comfortable and clean. We had a good stay.

Good place for a family to stay in Naples.

We rented here because it was close to our family. We were able to walk between the two houses. There is a bike path less than 1/2 mile away, and plenty of things nearby. Including the US open pickle ball courts!

Great vacation home!

This home was all and more than I expected. It is always hard to tell the size of the place from the pictures but rest assured you will be pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of this home. It is also in the best location if you play pickleball ! It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to main streets of Naples. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Better Than Expected!

The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Additionally, there was extra condiments, seasonings, plastic utensils and other food items left in the kitchen and extra toiletries left in the bathrooms for our convenience. The house was decorated well and the children loved that there were tvs in every room. We had a great time!

I recommend this place to anyone with 5 stars, the reasons are: it’s a brand new home, very clean, good neighborhood and location, excellent amenities and Sunny the owner, will help you with your needs. For example, I texted Sunny for a possible early check in and the answer was yes. To conclude if I go to Naples I would stay there again.

Wonderful Cozy home

We had a great time and enjoyed all the space! The living room and kitchen being an open space that allowed us all to relax and enjoy each other. It was nice all the rooms had their own TV and that was a very nice touch. It was a great stay we loved it.

Wonderful

The home is walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The 5 ladies who stayed enjoyed the home. It had all the essentials needed, but dishwasher was broken. Not a big deal we washed dishes by hand.

Home sweet home

The home is super spacious with updated modern decor. Don't get me started on the garden and the large back patio for a nice cookout! In reality it is a four bedroom. Two queen beds and two pull out couch. The host is very kind with supplying the kitchen with pots and pans and anything you can think of. I would totally recommend and will book again!

Absolutely perfect!

This Property and host were absolutely perfect! The place is beautiful spacious and clean! The host is an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Sunny was very accommodating and helped us with every special request we asked for. He responded with in minutes no matter what time it was! We frequently visit Naples and will most certainly book this property again! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!
