This newly restored farmhouse is a 5 minute walk to downtown were you can enjoy the local farmer's market, public library, shopping, restaurants & bars. Professionally decorated to provide style & comfort. Stay in your pvt backyard w/big deck & BBQ or enjoy the area's four season attractions. Hike the CHQ Gorge or fish for Steelhead. Barcelona Beach (Lake Erie) is a 5 minute drive or boat/swim/ice fish on CHQ Lake in 10 mins. Enjoy wineries, breweries & the culture of CHQ Institution nearby.

This professionally decorated house is on the most prominent street in town and close to everything. It's great for hanging out at home in one of the two living rooms or the amazing kitchen with its oversized farm-style island, walk in pantry and laundry room. The house is spacious and comfortable. There are three generous sized bedrooms and one "normal" sized one, great for the kids! Enjoy the being able to walk to town or hang out on your great big front porch.

Girl’s Getaway at The Farmhouse

We loved the house! It was so clean and spacious. It is updated and modern with beautiful decor. It is a cute little neighborhood. The owner had excellent communication and even let us arrive early. It’s about a half hour drive to bemus point, but we didn’t mind the beautiful drive. There are some great wineries nearby. And Bareclone beach was about a two minute drive. We hope to come back next year!

Elevated, rustic charm - downtown

What I loved: It’s a three minute walk to town (which is adorable). The house is gorgeous, recently renovated with rustic charm. The owner was communicative and honest. Things to consider: It smells a bit funky in the entry; once you air it out, it was fine. Damage from previous tenets detracted from the vibe, but those should be an easy fix. Over all it was a great trip!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was set up well for several couples. Walking distance to town, easy drive to wineries and Lake Chautauqua. Good communications with manager. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Very comfy, cozy house

The house was very comfortable with a lot of care put into making this a welcoming rental. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly located - quaint town - comfortable accommodations.

My wife and I along with our friends wanted to go tour, several wineries in New York, near Lake, Erie and Lake Chautauqua. This charming house was located just outside of town, giving us opportunities to dine, drink, wine, and mingle with the locals. Every place we visited, we were greeted with a small town atmosphere, and everyone was so kind! We could not have picked a more perfect place

Spectacular Home

The house was spotless with lots of notable attention to detail throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishing provided plenty of spaces to relax. Just a short walk to several places to eat, drink, and antique shop. It was a quick drive to wineries, Lake Erie, and Chautauqua Lake with plenty of fun things to do. We did have a hard time finding the house in the dark so would recommend trying to arrive before dark or leaving the porch light on to see the house number. Upon arrival we spent a little time trying to locate which fire extinguishers were alarming, but after that it was a magical weekend getaway! Will definitely be back!!!

Girls Trip

This house was great for our long weekend girls trip. It was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large kitchen and the front porch. It was close to everything. Walking distance to downtown Westfield and very close to many wineries that we visited. We would highly recommend staying here.

Westfield Wonder

This wonderful home in Westfield was a pleasure from the moment we walked through the door. Extremely spacious and beautifully appointed; from the stunning master suite to the gorgeous farmhouse kitchen, every room was more lovely than the last. The common refrains of the week among the eight of us were, " I can't get over how big this place is." and from my children, "This place is so cool mom!" The neighborhood is quiet and just a five minute walk from restaurants and antique shops and a five minute drive from Barcelona Beach. We loved it and are definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Amazing little spot

We have stayed in a number of rental homes since having our daughter 3 years ago and we agree- this is our favorite yet! The house is SO clean and isn’t beat up like so many rentals that just look nice in photos. Michelle was super responsive and kind when we had questions. The layout was also amazing for two families with little kids- the bedrooms are separate enough from the living spaces that it was east to hang out after kids went to bed. The location was also great. So close to the little Main Street with coffee and food, and just a short drive to fun stuff on CHQ! We loved it there and plan to rent again in the future!!!

Great Time in Westfield!

My family and friends had a lovely Memorial Day weekend in Westfield! Michelle is a wonderful host and kept open lines of communication before and during our stay. She also provided helpful suggestions on dining and events taking place in the area. The property was amazing with all of the updated amenities you could ask for. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and backyard with large porch for restful evenings after fun-filled days. We will definitely be returning!

Thankful for getaways!

This property was exactly what family from three directions needed! Beds were so comfortable, the music sitting room was decorated so nicely, the kitchen made a Thanksgiving meal easy and the snow made it easy to think about the holidays to come. Downtown coffee shop and the park with twinkling lights were just like Hallmark (said my sister-in-law). Little touches like the snow shovel and puzzles were used and appreciated. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Westfield Fishing Trip

House was awesome with all of the amenities. It was very clean, comfortable, modern and very convenient for our fishing trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house if you're staying in the area.

I am a transplanted LA Interior Designer that moved back to WNY in summer of 2014. Together with my contractor husband, we have a passion for old homes that have stories to tell. We make it our mission to bring them back to their glory days with the modern family living in mind. Regardless if we keep the homes that "find us" for vacation rentals or sell them, our goal is to let them continue their story.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We purchased this property because it was an abandoned home next door to our 1860’s Queen Anne Victorian home and was the worst home on the best street. This house was on my radar from 2017 while we where doing the renovation on the white Queen Anne we owned next door. It was burnt out and a blank slate to rebuild and reimagine. Honestly, one of my favorites we have had the pleasure to own.
