Top floor has open floor plan with living/dining/kitchen plus wraparound porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Bottom floor plan offers a beach playroom complete with kitchenette, two bedrooms one bathroom. Covered terrace downstairs complete with hot/cold outside cabana shower and grill. TV's in every room plus comfortable living spaces offer the best in family fun.

Cute and spacious house!

We enjoyed our stay here visiting with family for the holidays! The kitchen was well equipped and the living area very comfortable with fun beach decor. We’ve stayed in many houses in S Ponte Vedra and were not disappointed in this one!

Family Stay.

This is my 5th rental house in Vilano/South Ponte Verda Beach area. This house defiantly has some pro’s and con’s in my opinion. Pros- Great layout of house for multiple families. The enclosed garage with glass sliding door was perfect for the furry friends. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs kitchenette was great to grab snacks and drinks without going upstairs. Plenty of outdoor seating upstairs and down. Easily could park 4-5 vehicles in the drive way which you dont find at many homes. The fence was great for dogs and kids, only wish it was a little taller on the beach side to keep a larger dog from jumping it. The side gate was nice, to unload beach items straight to the beach. Quick response from Steele when issues occurred. Con’s- The inside of the house needs some much needed TLC including a major deep cleaning. If you have little ones crawling, bring your own vacuum. The yard isn’t grass. . It’s some kind of squishy seagrass (probably to prevent erosion) on one side, which wasn’t nice for kids or dogs to play on and the other side had sand spurs. Beach equipment has seen better days but we brought our own so no big. We did experience some unwanted critters, which after contacting Steele, he did try to send help quickly.

Wonderful Beach House

For the last 5 years we have rented an ocean-front house in South Ponte Vedra Beach for our family. This house met our needs perfectly. It is spacious, has beautiful decor, and is equipped with everything we needed. We usually take beach chairs and beach towels because we have found the supply to be inadequate at other houses. They were plentiful at this house. The house also had better than adequate housewares and dishes and bathroom supplies. We would like to rent this house again.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home right on the ocean. The beach was great and really quiet. We went to wonderful restaurants and sightseeing in St Augustine. This was definitely a family favorite!

Perfect Weekend

Spent a long weekend celebrating my daughter's 50th with her childhood friends. House was perfect for our group with room to spare. Great memories made sitting on the porch watching the waves. I have rented numerous homes on VRBO and I have to say this home was much better equipped than many. Would absolutely stay again.

Family Beach vacation

We loved the house. Plenty of room for a large family group. Loved being right on the beach so we could go out several times throughout the day. Lots of chairs and umbrellas plus kids beach toys. Home was very clean. The host responded to a few concerns promptly. i would recommend having more toiletpaper, paper towels and trash bags when a large group is staying. Very nice a little dated but nice. The property manager was the owner and was 40 minutes late for our arrival time and was mad because we asked him to repair 2 tvs and a grill that didn’t work.

Awesome House

This was our 2nd year in a row at this house. It is incredibly well set up and stocked. The previous renters had left a bit of a mess so the cleaners took a little longer, delaying check in. With that said, Steele was quick to take care of it and it wasn't a big deal, just mentioning it to highlight Steele's quick response. The house is so well stocked, from the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, appliances, & beach equipment (chairs,toys,surf boards) you will need to bring very little with you. Two refrigerators allowed us to keep a large amount of food/drinks in the house for 6 adults, 5 teenagers and 2 littles. You will not regret renting here, the location is amazing, very quiet beach in both directions, abundance of wildlife (dolphins, sea turtles) and pretty solid fishing off the beach. We hope to be back next year!

An awesome 12 people.❤️❤️❤️

This house was fabulous. It is like my dream house would be. Steele was a fantastic Guy. Any questions we had we did write to him and he immediately got back to us. He was very generous with his property for us. Five days went so quickly, and we had to move out today and we’ve been very sad to have left. It’s a private beach with wonderful wonderful rooms and the kitchen was spacious and we had a blast. I definitely would come again❤️❤️❤️

Great family property

This house is right on the beach. It was great not having to lug all of our beach gear. Morning sunrise coffee on the porch was fabulous. Owner was easy and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect beach house

We loved staying at this property. We’ve always driven by these homes located on this stretch of beach and thought it would be wonderful to be so close. We’re so glad we finally did! The house was spacious for large groups and the beach was amazing. We loved seeing the ocean straight out the living room windows and sitting on the large deck in the mornings and afternoon. St. Augustine was very close so the one day it was cloudy, we went there for the afternoon. Stores and restaurants are convenient. We would stay again!

Incredible house

We had the best time at this house. Everything we needed was there at the house from a high chair, to beach toys, to beach chairs, you name it! Extremely comfortable beds. Was a great house for 2 families with an upstairs and downstairs living space. Right on the beach, no hassle at all!! Would definitely return to this gem!

Great Vaca/Easter

Beautiful home! We were impressed by how nice the set up was for my family. The bunkbeds were a plus for our 4 grand kids under 10. As grandparents, the sound proofing is a plus. The kitchen was big enough for 2-3 people to get food prepared and sit the family of 9 down for a meal. I loved the fact that we could walk out the back door to the beach in less that 30 seconds. It is a very quiet beach; public beach is 4 or 5 miles down the road and most homes on the beach side are privately owned. St. Augustine is only about 10 minutes away and easy to go to. Publix grocery is right at the causeway on the island and there is a Circle K gas station nearby. This is all we needed! Great vacation and Holiday! Thank you!

Great, mellow beach vacation

Wonderful location - right on the beach, far from public beach access. Saw only a handful of people on the beach every day despite being spring break. St. Augustine is a short drive away as well as a nice grocery store and restaurants. But the beach was so nice, we stayed put most of the trip. Layout is great for two families traveling together with half of bedrooms on first floor and half on the second. Cars go by on the road out front a bit fast, but it didn’t bother us since we were almost never out there. The property is fenced in front as well, so no worry on kids/dogs accidentally making it to the road. Would definitely rent again!

Great beach house!!

Great place to spend a holiday week with the family! Hope to come back this summer! Great views and home is very comfortable. And close to grocery, restaurants and historical downtown St. Augustine.
