The front door of this 68 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed and a large TV.

The dining area has a large table that can seat up to five guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linen. The bathroom has a washbasin, mirror and shower.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

All you have to do is enjoy it!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest RER station, La Plaine (line B), is just a 5-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
