This spacious home offers views, a hot tub, indoor and outdoor living spaces and is located within walking distance of Uptown Sedona. Filled top to bottom with one of kind western collectibles. Due to the delicate collectibles in this home it is not ideal for children under the age of 12 but we accept all ages with the proper supervision of young kids.

Curl up with your loved ones and luxuriate in the comfort of this delightful western style home. It offers guests two generous private master suites, one with a King bed and the other with a queen. Thy are both equipped with tv’s, amazing views and spacious attached baths. The master baths both have soaker tubs with stunning red rock views and walk in showers. One master suite is located on the main living level and the other is an upstairs private sanctuary. Off of the upstairs master is a large patio with lounging chairs and a hot tub, views. On a clear night you can almost touch the stars.

A daybed with trundle can be turned into a king or used as two twins and is located in the living area. For those who are more adventuresome there is a really fun outdoor shower.

A third bath with a walk in shower is located on the main level.

The kitchen and living space lead you and your guests to separate patio areas. One with a fireplace, dining area, bbq and water feature. The other a covered patio with another dining area and outdoor lounge that can be turned into a king bed if you choose to sleep outside in the summer months.

Relax and spend time with your loved ones in the open concept kitchen, dining and living area which boasts incredible red rock views from every window!

Every room is impeccably decorated with a nod to old western Sedona.

On property you will also have private use of the top load washing machine, dryer and garage .

You will be set away in a quiet uptown neighborhood, allowing you to relax and enjoy the tranquil peace Sedona has to offer.

You understand that swimming and use of any hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and use of hot tub equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and hot tub use. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming their registration constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
