Casa Cabina is the perfect place for peace and quiet!

Our spring break stay was great! The cabin was stocked, clean and comfortable. It was just a short drive to Kerr Lake and restaurants and shopping. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location close to Kerr Lake.

We rented this property for the purposes on staying while fishing in a bass tournament on Kerr Lake. Communication was great with the host! The location is very convenient and our equipment was much safer than a hotel in Henderson. We loved it and will be booking again! Thanks a lot Kathy!

The house had everything we needed for our stay & the owner was very nice to work with. Very quaint and cozy cabin. Clean and neat. Owner seems to have thought of so many things to help in our stay. Very rural, need to look at mail box addresses so you won't miss the driveway on the opposite side of road. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

Quiet and Nice

The location is ideal for a great getaway for adults and older children. It needed a deeper cleaning, one of the previous guest had dogs and the carpets smelled of it. I would not recommend for anyone bringing children under 5. I had to block a lot of things to protect my 3 year old and 1 year old. Home was beautiful and great other than that. I would recommend it for couples and families with older children. Make sure to bring your own linens and blankets.

Cute cottage in the woods

Our stay at Casa Cabina was great. The house is surrounded with mature trees for an out in the woods feel. My kids and my dog greatly enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The home itself has a lot of nice little features, like a gas fireplace, a nice assortment of board games, kids books and puzzles, two TVs and a collection of DVDs. The house had everything that we needed. There were even dog crates and baby gates available. It was very obvious that the host had put some thought into what her guests might need. We were in town for a wedding for our stay, but we would probably enjoy just staying here for a family getaway sometime. The only reason I did not put five stars for cleanliness was that there was a slight stale/ musty smell in the house that we noticed lingered on some of our clothing after we left. It wouldn’t keep us from going back, though.
