This Sanibel Island family condo provides resort-style amenities, with a private pool, sport courts and BBQ grills on property. Just a short walk to Sanibel Island's magnificent white-sand beaches, this inviting resort is just what the family needs to kick back and relax. Enjoy the Dunes Golf & Tennis Club, explore the island's abundant shopping and dining in its beachside boutiques and signature bistros and cafes.

This beautifully appointed two bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV and spacious ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV and has access to its own bathroom. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa, and a private balcony to sit out and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Complimentary Golf Green Fees: Up to six people per unit may have complimentary green fees at Dunes Golf and Tennis Club. There is a a cart fee, per person. Based on availability. The Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve takes up about about 1/3 of the island, and they offer cruises around Tarpon bay. You can also rent kayaks, or canoes to explore the refuge. At New Moon, Capt. Mick Gurley conducts sailing excursions and offers sailing classes for families and children (must be at least eight years old if not accompanied by parents). Or you can go visit Sanibel Sea School, where family groups can take private tours and have experiences on land, boat, or kayak.

The resort will assign a unit number at check-in.
