Sand Dollar - 3 bed 2 bath - Beach View

**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR A FEE**--------Cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the quiet Crenshaw Beach subdivision that sleeps 10. Gorgeous views of the beach from the spacious deck with plenty of outdoor furniture including an upstairs picnic table for outdoor lunches. The master bedroom has a king bed while bedroom two has 2 queen beds and bedroom three features a double over double bunk bed. Enjoy those cool nights sitting out by the fire pit making s'mores and reminiscing with family and friends. Under the house you'll find lots of shade to dine at, two more picnic tables, a charcoal pit for cooking your favorite beach meals or relax swinging on the two bench swings downstairs. The Sand Dollar has high speed internet and a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a fireplace with gas logs for winter nights.
This house has a Hamilton beach FlexBrew coffee maker. You can brew regular 10 cup (regular filter) with ground coffee or brew single cup with a K-Cup pod.

Small dogs allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this beautiful house and it’s location! Loved the oven and fridge but the beds were so comfy and the temperature was perfect! It was cozy and inviting and very relaxing! We had the best time loved the downstairs area and the outside speakers our only complaint was the weekend was not long enough and it’s time for a new pit lol but we managed.

Outside beach view was not what I paid for. Fkase Advertizing

Reviewer Comments: The home was big and beautiful for a family vacation inside.The problem with living area ceiling fan not working, Swedes maintenance man quickly brough box fans. The door jammed and could not get in. Again Swedes man came and busted it open.I called Swedes wanting a deck with view of ocean for me to enjoy.The pictures are false advertizing. Workers came at 6:00am everymoring pounding post in ground to build hiuses. We could not sit outside for the loud noise hurting our ears and my grandchildren could not go outside.I did nit get what I paid for.I should get some money back.My grandchildrens ears hurt.We could not drive the entrance to the beach in the golf cart I rented, the 2 entrances to the left of the house down the road we could not get to due to a locked gate across the road in front of my house was locked.HOA neighborhood I was told. We had to drive in people back yards to get to the other beach entrances and my son got chewed out with my small grandchildren with him for driving through his yard. A yard of dead grass no green.Thus hoyse should be taken off the list or change the view of the ocean showing houses being built.

Clean and AC worked great!! We have rented two times prior. Great view of beach, however they are now building new home in front, so not much beach view. We would rent again. Enough room for all of family.

I spent many summers there. Those are some of my fondest childhood memories. Being there was like stepping back in time. The cabin was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First Impression was absolutely spectacular. There was nothing wrong with the home & its coziness. We did notice that the home was not very clean when we arrived. There was dust and sand on the floor, we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher that had fuzzy mold balls on the dishes themselves.(I had to run the dishwasher twice before the smell of the dishwasher became normal) We had a great time at this home and I did some cleaning within the first hour of us arriving. This does not affect our plans to re-visit this home, I never let sand and stinky dishes affect my family's good time. :) However, when we departed the home on Monday, I did leave the house alot cleaner than we found it. Don't get me wrong the home was not disgusting by NO MEANS!! I just wanted to let you know that a little pep talk with housekeeping may be in order. Swede's team of realtors and service people in the office was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful. I will not use any other realtor in the area, and that is the most important part of the vacation. TTY very soon.

Nice Thanksgiving Family Get Away

The Sand Dollar was a great place for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving at the beach. Although we knew it would rain for a day or two, we are happy to be together. The place is in a nice location. The fireplace didn't work, but maintenance came and temporarily fixed it and the king size bed squeaks horribly. They didn't have any measuring cups for cooking, but we made do. We loved the deck and the backyard and the gathering spaces indoors are very nice. Thank you for opening your doors to us for the holidays! J.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was perfect for our family vacation. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable layout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, casseroles, cookie sheets, knives, blender and coffee maker with K-Cup. Large refrigerator and pantry. All new appliances. Porch has a good view of the ocean with Adirondack chairs. We would rent again and recommend to our friends.

Potato chip bag under one of the beds. Food was left in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry. I would rent again. location was great. Very quiet area. Cattle in the back was a nice touch! Noisy dogs next door.
