Welcome to this tropically decorated single family home, located in the most quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood of Fayetteville. Walk to restaurants, shops, groceries. Enjoy your stay 15 minutes from Fort Bragg, 10 minutes from Mall, 3 miles from movie theater and shopping center, and 16 minutes downtown Fayetteville and Airborne museum!
THE SPACE:
Enjoy a lot of space and privacy in our 5 bedrooms home, we have a fully furnished office space, a large private gravel backyard, and each room has a smart TV. Enjoy your coffee in your fully furnished kitchen. There is a private fridge in the master bedroom and a pool table in the playroom upstairs.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have an access to the entire 3,392 square feet space and no other residents on the property, plus some amenities are included in this rental. It is a 2-story house (1 bedroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs).

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY:
✤ We needed to put the two (2) nights minimum in place in order to prevent parties and mostly due to the huge amount of washing/ironing/cleaning that one night stays create. Thanks for your understanding!
GRILL:
✤ If you would like to use the grill, please be informed that we have an additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay.
SUPPLIES:
✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.
PARKING:
✤ Feel free to park in the premise and on the street. We recommend locking your car for safety reasons. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars and 2 on the side of the road. If huge SUV like Escalade or trucks, only 4 can be parked on the driveway and 2 on the side of road without blocking the mailbox.
INTERNET:
✤ We provide High speed and our service provider is Spectrum.
✤ WiFi router is located in the the white bookshelf in the living room. For reset purposes, reset the router by pushing the reset button on the router.
UTENSILS:
✤ We have more than enough plates and silverware for 8 people. Good for 10 to be exact.
✤ We don't have a crockpot though.
✤ We have 2 sauce pans (big and small) and 10 bowls.
✤ We added 3 cooking sheets pans and 3 plastic cutting boards.
✤ For the coffee, we have Keurig in the house, you don't need filter. It is being replenished regularly to make sure there is enough for the guests.
TOWELS:
✤ We added 8 more towels!
THERMOSTAT:
✤ It is located in the living room and in the hallway upstairs.
BREAKER:
✤ Breaker is located in the garage.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
✤ Fire extinguisher in the kitchen, first aid kit In the white bookshelf in the living room
✤ There are no cameras inside but there is one outside for the guests safety.
✤ In the event of power outages, there are flashlights under the kitchen sink.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
This is nestled in a popular military/civilian-friendly neighborhood and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas. This home is an excellent choice whether you are in town for a night or for a few months.
GETTING AROUND:
Enjoy the best of both worlds when you stay with us: a quiet, safe, has space dedicated for a working individual while conveniently located and close to everything.
We are minutes away from highway I-95, 10-15 minutes from the main hospital, Fort Bragg military base and Fayetteville Regional Airport, 20 minutes from Cape Fear Botanical Gardens and Museum Zip Quest, 15 minutes from Airborne and Special Operations and 5 minutes away from all major shopping!

Our property is pet friendly (limit 2), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below:
✤ $150 PET DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE) - returned after no damage, pee, vomit, or poop is found. We may charge extra cleaning and damage fees if we see evidence of odor, hair and pet stains.
✤ NO CATS! This is a hazard as future guests could have allergy issues.
✤ No chewing or bites or scratches is allowed.
✤ No constant barking nor disturbances is allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behaved and will be trained to be quiet.
✤ Non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 50lb limit and $50 PER ANIMAL PER STAY DOG FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE). This only applies to reservations that do not last a maximum of one week. If your stay exceeds one week, the pet fee will be $50 per pet per week (non-refundable).
✤ Pets must be supervised when in the backyard.
✤ Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Please pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly. Guests are required to remove ALL TRACES of an animal being present at the property. This includes, but is not restricted to any fur/hair (except on floors), food, stains, smells etc. Any damage caused by the animal must be repaired or reported to us and will be charged back to you. This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after animals will be charged to you.
✤ Your well behaved pets are welcome inside, but please do not let them on to any furniture UNLESS you have brought your own rugs/sheets to cover the furniture. Please bring a cover for our couches and chairs, if pets sit on them. Always have mattress protectors on beds regardless.
✤ You will need to disclose to us if you will be bringing a pet to the property. Please let us know your pet's breed, how many as well as weight at the time of booking.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
Service Animal Policy: In accordance with Airbnb Terms, the ADA, and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This insures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!
✤ Your Assistance Animal should not be left unattended at any time.
✤ Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
✤ Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). And all vaccines to date. Current rabies vaccines are required by the county.
✤ Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
✤ Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
✤ We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation.

✤ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. There will be a $150.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in the house.
DRUGS:
✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!
PARTIES:
