The up-and-coming vibrant community of downtown Pensacola is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, being known for its restaurants, breweries, shops, nightlife, and pet-friendly relaxed vibe.
Take in a Blue Wahoo’s game or a concert at Vinyl, both just two miles away, or watch the amazing Blue Angels practice weekly. Fort Pickens is just a short drive and creates a fun day trip for the whole family any time of year. The famous Pensacola Seafood Festival, Pensacon, and Pensacola Art Festival are also family friendly fun and are within walking/biking distance, or try the Segway tours for a little adventure.
Double-Bridge Run every February starts a short distance away and ends in Pensacola Beach, the November Pensacola Marathon, and the Pensacola Triathlon which starts and finishes at the Wahoo’s stadium just 2 miles away.
