Diese Resort-Anlage und der Pointe West Beach Club wurden von Hurricane Harvey nicht beschädigt. Die Beach Villa ist eine moderne und komfortable Ferienwohnung neben dem Beach Club und dem Hauptspaziergang der Dünen im Pointe West Resort. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Strand und den Golf von Mexiko. Die Lage der Wohnung, im Herzen des Pointe West Resort, ermöglicht den nächstgelegenen und bequemen Zugang zum Beach Club, Pool und Strand. Der Strand ist atemberaubend, weitläufig, regelmäßig präpariert und für den Autoverkehr gesperrt - was ihn zum perfekten Ort macht, um die Brandung zu genießen oder Sandburgen mit Ihrer Familie zu bauen. Der Beach Club ist erhöht und verfügt über einen Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf den Strand und den Golf von Mexiko. Neben dem Pool bietet der Club einen beheizten Whirlpool, ein Kinderplanschbecken, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Spielzimmer und einen Picknickbereich mit Gasgrills. Das Restaurant, die Bar und der Souvenirladen sind im März saisonal geöffnet. Es gibt mehr als 3 Meilen von Strand und 6 Meilen von im Resort Radwege. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich eine Feuerstelle, die perfekt ist, um ein Lagerfeuer zu machen und Marshmallows zu rösten. Die Eigentümer führen die Beach Villa persönlich und sind der Qualität der Erfahrung jedes einzelnen Gastes verpflichtet. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand gehalten.

Der Sunset Pool auf der Bucht Seite des Resorts umfasst einen Lazy River von Palmen umgeben. Der Pool und der Whirlpool bieten eine entspannte Atmosphäre mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang in der Bucht. Es gibt auch eine Veranda mit Grill. Great Spring Break

We stayed in April and there was not a lot of people there at that time. The location and unit were great. The unit was clean and well stocke. The host communicated very well and answered questions quickly.The only complaint which had nothing to do with the rental would be that the elevator was broken by both pools and lots of steps. The elevator in the unit building did work.My husband has a knee condition and that was inconvenient.

End of October trip!

Great place! We were looking for a location outside of Galveston and we found it. Great communication with the host and location. Comfortable and clean with everything you need from kitchen to beach stuff! Ocean was still warm enough for us to swim and enjoy the beach. Will be back!

Relaxing anniversary get away

It was just what we needed. Even off season we had a great time. Close to the beach made it easy to walk almost everyday. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. Bar/restaurant was closed, so we didn’t get to use it. But it was just what we needed and wanted. Thanks.

The area felt Secluded, with the club next door you can order delivered food or take out, very short walk. Pools where very nice. The kids loved it.

Great Condo

Nothing wrong with the Condo itself. Only thing I did not like is there is a 7 page lease agreement you must sign or you can't stay at the condo and you can't get your money back either. You have to meet up the the property manager to check in and show her your driver licence also.

What a beautiful view of the ocean from this condo! As usual PW was delightful. The condo was very well stocked with great communication from the owners! They go above and beyond. Easy access to the beach or the beach club. Beds were so comfy, too!

The condo was large and spacious. It had almost everything we needed. Beautiful beach view. The on-site pool was huge and not overly crowded. The downside was the distance to the grocery store so make sure you have everything you need!

We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay tremendously! One week after a hurricane and everything was back in tip top shape! Check in and out process with the host was super easy and was very responsive leading up to our check in date! Clean condo and the huge balcony was so nice to enjoy even in the rain! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Fueled our souls! The condo is right next to the beach club, which was so nice, especially with a younger child. The walk to the boardwalk to get to the beach was easy, and we greatly appreciated access to Joan and Alan's wagon, chairs and beach toys! Made getting to the beach and packing up the car for the trip down to Galveston that much easier. Beds were super comfortable, the condo also comfortably furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, coffee maker and grinder, and even some pyrex storage containers! That was a helpful surprise. Joan was very communicative and helped us figure out whether getting down there right after Beryl was possible or not and what to expect. What a great getaway! We are so appreciative! We will be back!

Stay here!!!

We absolutely LOVED our time at this property. The unit itself is so comfortable and clean, with plenty of room and everything you need. The outdoor balcony was wonderful for meals with a view of the sea and the elevator was a huge help for luggage/groceries/beach & pool supplies. The property is fabulous - an infinity pool with a view of the beach, drinks poolside with waiter service, a great restaurant, and a quick walk to the beach. The hosts and property manager are so kind and relaxed, as well as everyone else who worked at the property. We hope to return soon!

The “B” family

We had a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful resort with the best of both worlds, the ocean is a quick walk over the boardwalk or you have great access to the pool. The restaurant is open as well as the bar. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need and you have access to the charcoal grill if needed. The patio gives you a beautiful view of the ocean and a quiet place to read. Joan very kindly allowed us access to the beach chairs and shade cover. We had great communication prior to and throughout our trip. She was a wonderful host; it was nice to have a person to contact rather than a generic company. The check in was easy and we felt very safe leaving our teenage girls in the condo while we went to the beach. There are 2 separate pools. One large pool in the main building and a smaller pool with a lazy river across the road and to the west on the bayside. This smaller pool has a beautiful view of the sunset. No outside food or drink at the big pool because they have a bar and restaurant. Take a cooler with food and drinks to the smaller pool since there are no services. I highly recommend this condo for its quiet location, close proximity to the ocean and main building, as well as great communication with the host. It was a soft place to land after a busy touristy day in town.

Beach Soccer tournament

Everything was great. Owners were very quick to respond when the AC went out the last day. Only issue was (which is my fault for not checking the address) the property is all the way at the other end of Galveston and the beach tournament was 50 minutes away. Great place just wish it was closer to the main restaurants, activities and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here 2 days over the weekend and had a great experience. Restaurant, pool, beach and lazy river, what could you want? Their storage was full things for the beach, cooler, chairs, shade and toys. All you have to do is show up.

Spring get away

We had a great stay and enjoyed all the amenities. The beach was clean and close. We enjoyed both pools on the property and also made dinner on the grill with a campfire on the resort’s shared space.

We are pleased to make the acquaintance of all our guests and help them throughout their stays if needed. Communication is all that is required and we are willing and able to make your vacation the best we can.
As owners and managers, we have lived North of Houston for 28 years with our three children. I (Joan) and my husband (Alan) are original owners of the Villa and use it as our weekend getaway for our family. We make it available for rental by families and couples when we're not using it.

The choice to own at this resort was simple. Every direction you look just nature's beauty! Congestion, noise, and crowds are not anywhere near this resort, It has a beach with no cars. A golf cart is not needed, we are that close to the elevated beach club.
As we do have permanent residents, you can count on this resorts full time security and concern for safety. A full length basketball court, Lazy river Jacuzzi and pool bayside as well as infinity edge pool and toddler pool at the elevated beach club, paddle racket court, game room, fully loaded exercise room, 3 miles of beaches and paved paths. The restaurant and bar are seasonal.
The Villa is in excellent condition and is very comfortable! It is located right next door to the Beach Club and main dune walkover making it super convenient to access the pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, bar, restaurant and beach. It is a 30 yard walk to the club amenities. And a beach with no cars!

Every direction you look just nature's beauty! Congestion, noise, and crowds are not anywhere near this resort, It has a beach with no cars! , Golf carts are not needed, the closest walk to the club is the best unique benefit of this location.
As the villa is first floor, it is one quick flight of steps over to the beach club amenities, a golf cart is not needed. The Villa's windows facing the beach are a wall to wall view. Your beach view can be seen during food prep in the kitchen, feasting at the table, lounging, watching TV, of course from the patio and even in the master bedroom! And the beach is regularly cleaned and closed off to cars. The Villa is located on the beach side of the resort.
