Your rental does not come with free parking (however there are very affordable options nearby, see below). We highly recommend just ubering everywhere unless you need a car because we are very central to everything in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

✹ There are paid parking lots next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A, for additional cars. Although, we highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is very centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.

✹ Just to the west of the building there is “Beach Parking” parking lot where you can park overnight for $40-50/night or if you want to valet at the Sonesta Hotel (corner of Sunrise Boulevard and A1A) you may do so for about $40/night. Kitchen was stocked and beds were nice but there is a lot of wear and tear in the place all over. Nothing that affects people just something to mention. Also those couches in the photo aren’t the ones there but there is a pull out couch. Not enough towels or sheets either but does come with 4 beach towels. Laundry was nice and fridge. Location is what really sells this place. It’s in such a good spot close to the strip of bars but also a tad of a distance for some space.

Property is in a great location and has great options for food to walk to nearby. The only thing I would note was that it did seem like the apartment could use some up keep and attention to mold growth. Besides that property was great, beds were comfy and parking was available close next door. If the small issues were addressed, I’d love to go back one day :)

Great Location

Property was very convenient to beach, state park, and great restaurants all within walking distance. Beds were nice and kitchen stocked well. Furniture could use an upgrade. Area is a little loud with live band playing at the bar right around the corner, but they don’t play very late so it wasn’t an issue for us. Host was very responsive and check in and out was smooth. Great stay in a great location at a great price.

decent place. rough neighborhood

property is what we expected. very clean. little bit outdated but we knew what we were getting into. what we have found out though was the neighborhood was not what we expected. quite a few vagrants that sleep under your balcony and behind your property. that was one thing that we didn't expect and quite a bit of late night activity otherwise we had a decent time close to beach and some decent restaurants

Christmas 🎄

The experience was definitely exactly what it says 5 star vacation rental. If you are considering a hotel don't this is ideal for a family spacious and having 3 daughters the two full bathrooms made it quicker for getting ready for our nights out. We chose to not rent a car for travels and the access to the beach and view from the balcony was perfect. Very family friendly location as well all the shops and the ice cream shop right across the street were delightful. The rental was very very clean I have had bad experiences in the past and very happy with how clean the rental was only thing I did notice was some feet prints and handprints on the white walls in a few spots due to the flat paint used. I also suggest more cleaning supplies be available for use and extra paper towel and toilet paper as we did run out during our 5 day stay. The ad also stated there was extra blanket and there was not just very. And lastly curtain could be beneficial for the large windows in the living room area as you can see into the apartment at night with lights on from across the street. Overall best vacation rental I have ever had and the best Christmas ever I would definitely return in the future.
