This spacious 40 m² flat, decorated in a cosy, arty style, is located in the typical Sentier district of Paris. It offers a fantastic location for visiting Paris, with several metro lines within a 5-minute walk (4, 9, 8 and 3).

It is located on a small, typical Parisian square. On the second floor (no lift), overlooking a courtyard, it gives you the peace and quiet you need without the noise of traffic, just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Paris. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the historic Montorgueil district, and a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens and the Marais district. Thanks to the metro lines, it is 15 minutes from Saint-Michel, 20 minutes from the Champs Elysées and 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.

The lively Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Saint-Denis districts, with their many bars, restaurants, theatres and cinemas, are less than 10 minutes' walk away.

The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The living room has a sofa and comfortable armchairs to relax on after a long day. The decor has an arty Parisian feel, with posters, paintings and an industrial glass roof.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you need to prepare delicious meals, including a cooker, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with free hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and toiletries.

The historic Montorgueil district with its pedestrianised street, shops, restaurants and boutiques is a must for enjoying the capital and is just a 5-minute walk from the flat. The lively Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Saint-Denis districts, with their many bars, restaurants, theatres and cinemas, are less than 10 minutes' walk away.
Paris's 2nd arrondissement is also the capital's most prestigious district, with its many luxury boutiques and monuments such as the Palais Royal.
You're just a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, the Opéra Garnier and Rue Saint Honoré with its designer boutiques. You are also just a 15-minute walk from the Beaubourg centre, the shops at Les Halles, the Church of Saint Eustache, Place des Victoires (one of the five royal squares in Paris), Rue Saint Honoré, the Grands Boulevards, the Palais Brongniart and the superb Galerie Vivienne. The district is also an ideal starting point for shopping: it is just 20 minutes by metro from the Champs Élysées, Galeries Lafayette and Avenue Montaigne.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance and will be penalised by a deduction of 300€ from your deposit.
