Important Information for Monthly Guests:

Monthly guest stay experiences are not the same as those who stay for few nights. All guests who have booked the property for the cost of monthly must acknowledge the following:

1- The house may not include all amenities that a hotel offers, if any amenities are there upon guests checking in they are complimentary and quantities are limited for 2 night stay. Upon completion of 2 nights, guests are required to provide own amenities such as toiletries and toilet paper, coffee supplies such as coffee, sugar, and cream, certain cooking amenities and supplies, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and occasionally due to their longer stay they might need extra towels, sheets, blankets which they need to supply for the duration fo their stay. Guests are responsible for replacing or updating batteries or light bulbs, in the event they stop functioning.

2- Guests with young children, please supervise your children at all times whether indoors or outdoors and have them be courteous and respectful to the spaces and the property overall. We have had guests who have lift fingerprints of food all over the kitchen cabinets or to that matter markers on the walls, please note that you will forfeit your security deposit for any damages that will cause extra cleaning, painting, or contractor reworking any spaces for new guests’s arrival.

3- Guests with pets are responsible to supervise their pets at all times whether indoors or outdoors. If you know your pet(s) shed excessively or maybe damaging hardwood floors or furniture, please disclose this matter to your host prior to booking. In many cases, it will require additional terms and agreement between host and guests for pet supervision and pet(s) excessive shedding and cleanup upon checking out.

4- We ask all our guests to please refrain from in-depth conversations with neighbors. This is a very private location and we would like to preserve that feature. We have several elderly neighbors with the best intent however a simple hello should suffice.

Reservation and House Rules

1. A government issued ID is required for all guests over the age of 18, this includes you the person making reservations and your guests. Failure to provide a valid copy of government issued ID/passport for yourself and guests within 24 hours from booking will result in cancelation of your reservations and additional penalties including forfeiting of your security deposit. You must be 18 or over to make reservations.
2. If any criminal history or background is suspected for you or any of your guests, your reservations maybe subject to cancellation without any further explanation from your host. Please contact Airbnb for questions/concerns regarding your cancelled reservations.
3. This is a non-smoking home. No smoking is allowed anywhere within the property, indoors/outdoors, no exceptions. You will forfeit your deposit if any signs of smoking is found upon your check out.
4. No illegal drugs or illegal activities of any kind.
5. No excessive use of alcohol and/or display of drunken behavior. Please limit your alcohol consumption to legal limits during your stay at the property.
6. No loud or rowdy behavior this includes engaging in loud discussions/arguments which is more likely to occur when in larger groups. Be courteous and respectful to the neighbors around you.
7. This is a residential neighborhood, quite hours are between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
8. No shoes in the house. Please remove shoes and leave in entryway.
9. Not all parties and events are the same, if you are booking the home for parties and events please submit a separate request and include detailed description and nature of the party or event for approval. Additional fees may apply.
10. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case with non-refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet. All guests are required to clean pet feces and pet products from the house upon checking out, including outdoors and lawn area where pets have been.
11. If any of the neighbors call the police for any reasons, listed or not listed above, you maybe asked to leave the premises immediately or latest the following day, depending on the violation reported. We hope that this will not be the case, but in the rare event of the occurrence of issues that require police and law enforcement authorities- your direct point of contact will be the police department and Airbnb - not your host. If you contact your host, they will be referring you back to Airbnb.
12. All guests are required to acknowledge and confirm, in writing, that they have read and fully understand the house rules. We reach out to all guests ensuring the house is good fit for their stay.
13. Please note that undeclared guests and Pets will incur a charge of $1000 for the violation.
14. Security deposit is returned anywhere from 10 business days and up to 1 month.
