IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LAGOON LANDING:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Lagoon Landing complex offers an Outdoor communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, First come, First serve Boat Ramp and Dock, Deeded Beach Access. (1) Elevator

*PARKING: A Parking Pass is required and must be visibly displayed in your vehicle. Upon arrival, the pass will be inside the unit on the kitchen counter.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

LAGOON LANDING UNIT 305:
This quaint 1 bedroom/ 1 bath unit is located in Gulf Shores, and offers everything you and your family will need for a memorable vacation! Lagoon Landing offers Deeded Beach Access, an outdoor pool, BBQ area, & dock/ boat ramp for your boat. (Please note the dock and trailer parking are on a first come first serve basis.)

The open Living/ Dining/ Kitchen combo offers a Sleeper Sofa, recliner, easy chair, and Television. The open Kitchen offers a small island and cookware/ utensils to make a quick lunch or a night in cooking the days catch!
The Bedroom offers a Queen bed with TV and balcony access. A full bath is located in the hall and offers a tub/ shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. Although this unit is compact, every square inch is utilized to give you all the bang for your buck!
Walk to the Beach located just across the street, or enjoy cooling off at the Lagoon front Pool. Bring your boat to enjoy Little Lagoon! The complex offers a first come, first serve boat dock for easy on and off of your passengers. Overnight you will want to pull your boat from the water and trailer it for extra security.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, OWA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.
