Not only are you across the street from the park, but there are four other parks within a five-minute walk from your home.

Only a 10-minute walk (we've timed it), you will reach the shores of one of Venice Beach. Most tourists use the main beach entrance where free yoga classes are offered every day as well as in the evenings from Sun-Thur. If you'd like a more local experience, check out the Alhambra Rd beach entrance early in the morning where you will quite literally find yourself alone with the perfect view.

The unit has been outfitted with new floors, new appliances, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and the furniture is in excellent condition. The bohemian-light interior décor was thoughtfully planned to keep the living space bright and up-lifting. You'll feel like you never want to leave.

Included in your stay are beach-cruiser style bicycles to use at your whim along with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a heavy duty grill with extra propane tanks on-site in case. *531 Manatee is a duplex home and is very comfortable for 2-4 persons. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A full-size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the Main bath which also has been newly remodeled, includes a step-in shower and medicine cabinet for storage

*The Kitchen has quartz counter-tops and is fully equipped with a Keurig Duo (k-cup & ground) coffee maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishes and utensils. The dining area has seating for four, and outside is a Weber propane gas grill
