Come and stay in one of the original homes in Melbourne, FL. Originally built by sisters in 1925, it retains its charm with original hardwood flooring and windows. Enjoy early century charm while having coffee in our breezeway. The home features original hard-wood floors and windows from the prohibition era.
Centrally located home nestles between the Eau Gallie Arts District and Historic Downtown Melbourne. Enjoy local establishments such as Apocalypse Coffee Roasters or Me and Tito's just down the street.

Needs Work

The neighborhood was quiet and didn’t present any security concerns. Earlier complaints by others of the train noise seem silly as the train was quite a distance away. We had to purchase toilet paper as only one roll was supplied. Other than that the only other concern is the bathroom. It’s ready to implode and needs a serious refurb soon. There’s serious water damage on the walls and floor.

Wonderful and overall it’s a great place to stay so far since we are homeless because our lease was up and had no where else to go and still don’t so once our time is up on 11th we don’t know where we’re going to go. Especially with it being Christmas it been very hard and all my cancer surgeries and needing more and my boys don’t understand but thankfully you were available when you were. So thank you.

Spanish Villa

The villa was a warm, comfortable getaway that grew on us. The inside area was roomy with an old world feel. Outside, we chilled with the warm weather on the patio facing a beautiful garden. The whole neighborhood felt safe and secure. Initially, the whole team of Pedro, Laura and Claire responded quickly to two of our immediate needs. We can't wait to get back to Melbourne and its beaches!

My family and I absolutely loved the house and would stay again. The home was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The historical aspect made it very interesting. It's a cute little house. Unfortunately the water heater was broken but the owner was very eaay and nice people to work with. They are very attentive, they offer for me to move to one of their other location, which was also a very cute house with a nice water view within walking distance.

Better than average.

This cute, historic bungalow has some modern conveniences. It has lots of charm and 10 minutes from the beach. Be careful not to stub your toes on different level changes. I like the beach themed dishes and the cozy front porch. I would go again!

Family Vacation in a Spanish Villa

My sisters, my nephew and I had a wonderful time in the 1925 Spanish Villa in Melbourne Florida. The house has everything we needed. We had a lovely time in a special home. My sister and her son had coffee on the porch most mornings. It was a lovely neighborhood for evening walks and it was close to many stores. We even stood in the driveway and watched a rocket take off from the nearby space coast. Our host Pedro was extremely responsive when we had a small problem which was resolved quickly. I’d stay here again and again. Highly recommended!

relaxing and charming

We really enjoyed the yard, plantings and the patio especially. The Spanish look is charming and the rugs and drapes made it soft and cheerful looking, very peaceful. The floors need some work ...we do realize it is an old house, yet securing gaps in threshholds and door openings would prevent insects from entering. We reallu enjoyed our visit.

Very Clean

A friend of mine and I came to the Melbourne area for a short golf trip, and rather than get a hotel we decided to rent a 2 bedroom place. This place is very clean with good-sized bedrooms and is relatively close to downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Lots of space

Lots of space. Bedrooms good size. Parking easy. Good communication from the owners. Place was very clean and tidy. Would stay there again. Only thing that was negative is that there is a train track nearby and the train comes by a few times at night.

Beautiful home

I stayed here with my spouse and children. It was a very old Spanish home all the decorations go with the home. I was scared to brake anything. The house has a lot of cooking items. Enough towels and blankets. Washer and Dryer two rooms and two sofas. I also like that owner provided us with snack and wine as soon as we get in the doors. There was even board games to play tv worked well. The home is close to trail so you can cook out or just take a walk like Turkey creek and andretti thrill park. Close to Melbourne beach. This home is just amazing I will stay again.
