Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. - A shared swimming pool (5x10m), unheated, open from June to September. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
