Experience cozy Florida living in this newly renovated 1200 sq. ft home located in the desirable McGregor Corridor. This home is nestled within a quiet neighborhood and provides a relaxing setting for your family to unwind and make memories together. Within a short drive, enjoy walking the gardens at the Edison Ford Winter Estates, shopping downtown at the historic River District, playing a round of golf at the country club, or eating dinner on a sunset cruise. Return home to gather on the outdoor patio in your private backyard oasis.

The Inn Season Cottage is the ideal location for seasonal visitors looking to stay during the winter months, a small family vacation, or a couples getaway.

PETS
Approval is required before the booking is confirmed. Due to cottage size, dogs of 25 pounds or less are permitted. Pet fees start at $75.

LIVING AREA
Furnished with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, this space invites you to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling. A 50" Smart TV offers streaming and cable options to catch your favorite show or football game.

DINING AREA
Gather around the table on our cozy banquette seating (seats 5-6) to enjoy a meal together or stay up late playing games from our curated collection. Additional seats (2) are provided at the kitchen counter for larger gatherings or hangout space for those who want to chat with the kitchen chef.

KITCHEN
Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to create any meal or dessert that your heart desires. The large Subzero refrigerator is perfect for monthly renters or those that plan to entertain and need more cold storage space. There is also a large pantry area in the adjacent room that is perfect for additional dry goods. We realize the importance of a good cup of coffee and offer the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of flavors to choose from. If you prefer the pour-over method, we have specialty flavored ground coffee in stock with creamer and sugar to adjust the taste to your liking.

MASTER SUITE
Don't let our small square footage fool you. This house features a master suite with both a sleeping and living area. In the sleeping area, you will find a queen bed with a Casper mattress, sateen cotton bedding, cooling memory foam pillows, and bedside chargers for your smart devices. Enjoy a good book while lounging up against our luxury West Elm headboard cushions, or stay up late watching your favorite show on the cozy sofa.

At the Inn Season Cottage we take sleep very seriously and realize that some people prefer additional levels of comfort. Therefore each room houses tower fans and sound machines in the closets.

A full closet with a dresser is also available for all of your storage needs.

GUEST ROOM
Features a queen-size bed with Casper mattress, sateen cotton bedding, and memory foam cooling pillows. A dresser and full closet are also available to guests, along with a luggage rack.

BATHROOMS
One full bath (with a shower/bathtub) stocked with lush linens and basic shower needs is located in the central area of the house. A separate half-bath is located at the back of the house in the laundry area.

OUTDOOR AREA
Our front porch is a great spot to unwind and relax. It is surrounded by flowering plants and shrubs that make you feel tucked away but also visible to the friendly neighbors walking by. The large backyard has the perfect entertainment space, especially during the cooler days and nights, with a patio that comfortably seats 4-5 people. The large plants offer the perfect amount of privacy, and cafe lights add a unique ambiance that makes you want to stay awhile.
