Accommodation: This charming duplex is perfect for your mountain holidays with family or friends in St Sorlin d'Arves. With its 4 bedrooms, its ideal quiet location but very close to the ski lifts and the toboggan run, this very comfortable and spacious apartment is designed to accommodate 8 people. It is composed of an entrance, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a balcony with a view of the mountains. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with double beds. As well as a shower room with WC. Outside, a ski locker. Possibility of parking near the apartment (free parking of the residence). The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette machine and all the crockery for 8 people. RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the LES SYBELLES ski area. Access to the slopes is very easy on foot or by free shuttle. Enjoy the residence's outdoor swimming pool for free in the summer during the residence's opening hours, from July 7 to August 25. Please note that sheets and towels are optional and extra, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning service and WIFI connection. You can order up to 3 days before your arrival. ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are accepted, kept on a leash and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement to be paid for the presence of an animal is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please notify the agency.
