The Space:

After a day of fun on the slopes, relax in the living room with a comfortable sectional sofa on the main floor of the condo. Cherish the warmth of the cozy indoor gas fireplace and cuddle up next to each other while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV.
The mid-level floor of the condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances where the chef in your group can show off their exquisite cooking skills. The 3 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen are the best way to keep the cook in good company. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area while sharing adventure stories during your time away from home. On this floor, you will also have access to the washer/dryer combo and the half bathroom.
As you unwind for the night, head up the stairs where a night of peaceful rest awaits. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The private outdoor balcony with bench seating for two is accessed through the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Head towards the end of the hall for the second bedroom where the rest of the group can relax in the bunk bed with twin over full-size beds, and a separate queen-size bed. Guest will have access to the entire home, balcony, and the shared hot tub. You will also have access to 1 parking space in the garage.

The condo is located within half a mile from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, breweries, food, and shopping options. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the gondola, lifts, and other fun stops along the way. This condo is the perfect gateway to your Main Street and mountain adventures.
Getting Around:
Downtown Breck is within walking distance from the unit. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandeis charming condo; the Snowflake lift is within a 3-minute walkring around historic Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please be aware that there are 3 flights of stairs in the property. One flight to enter, one to reach the kitchen, and one to reach the bedrooms.
Additional parking is available to the left of the condo at the end of the parking lot with a permit. Please note that the garage will fit cars and small SUVs only.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.
