This charming 24 m² studio with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort of Orcières, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a sleeping area.

The accommodation comprises :
- A 15 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, fondue machine, raclette machine, hob, etc. and dining area
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A 5 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
