The Poolside Studio Suite has a king bed in an open area, with a bathroom, living room with dining room table, and partial kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and flatware, and toaster). General amenities: Wi-Fi, balcony/deck, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Max occupancy 2, 324 sq. feet

Poolside Studios are located at beach level by the main pool, bar and grill!

**Please note there is not a washer/dryer in the unit but the resort does have an onsite laundry room.**

Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.

Renting this time affords some serious saving opportunities for you and helps offset some of the costs for the timeshare owners whom we represent. It’s a match made in travel heaven!

And because we truly appreciate the time it takes to plan a getaway, we hope you’ll lean on us with any questions you may have. We’ve been to this resort with our own families in tow and happy to share time-saving insider's scoop.

As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please be aware that any fees or costs associated with your voluntary participation is at your sole discretion and responsibility.

Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.

A major credit card is required for a $250 refundable security deposit at check-in. Incidentals which are incurred during your stay (including dining, transportation, golf, or other services) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Any additional resort fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
