Situated on the 1st floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 26m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We do not recommend this space for people with reduced mobility.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa where you can relax.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Want to visit Paris but need tranquillity? The 12th arrondissement is made for you! The district comprises villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion; the 12th keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city; the proof is that Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the Bassin de Arsenal, a small marina in the heart of the capital. Many shops and cafés guarantee a dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade, which is 4.5 km long and starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience; enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is nice, especially with the kids.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Reuilly – Diderot (lines 1 and 8), is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
