Excellent property
Wonderful home. Beautifully furnished, great setting. Kitchen was well stocked. When I realized the property was missing a crockpot - the management company went and purchased one new for our use. The management company team was very responsive during our stay. They were quick to work to resolution when any calls we made.
Garage is very small. Our standard size, NOT oversized truck couldn't fit in the garage. This was a disappointment as it also barely fit in the driveway and we don't like to park our cars outside. I was concerned a snowplow might come through and wreck the vehicle.
Guests should note the property has a BUNCH of stairs and the bedrooms are spread out between the 3 levels. As a previous guest noted - the bunk beds are tiny! I had 3 teens and the beds were very small for them. We visited in winter and it was a bit of a disappointment that the lodge's hot tub was out of commission for the entire stay and the Westin resorts hot tubs had only 1 of the 3 fully operational.
We too had some malfunctions of the smart home lighting system during our stay. One evening we couldn't get the bathroom lights to turn off. The next morning engineering came and tripped the breaker 2/3 times to reset these.
Overall a wonderful property and vacation.
