Sunny 25 m2 holiday apartment suitable for 4 people in the Sefcotel building right next to the ski slopes and ski school meeting point. The apartment offers doorstep skiing and is 50 metres from the Tufs chairlift, which takes you directly to the slopes of Val d'Isère in just a few minutes.
Val Claret's main road, where you will find the tourist office, lift pass office and many other shops (supermarket, baker, chemist, etc) is approximately 80 metres from the building.
Arrival after 3:30 pm, departure before 10:30 am.
During the summer season 2024, for any booking, you can benefit from a My Tignes card per person at a special price.
The apartment, on the 3rd floor of the Sefcotel building, consists of a main room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with bath/shower, a separate toilet and an area for storing ski equipment. The traditional wooden furniture in the main room is functional and comfortable. The apartment is West facing and has a small South-West facing balcony with a clear view of the mountains and ski slopes. The apartment has central heating and effective thermal and acoustic insulation.
In the main room there is a sofa bed (2 single beds, 190x80 cm), a bunk bed (2 single beds, 190x90 cm), a table, four chairs, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a flat screen television, a mirror and a shelf unit. Please note that there are FOUR SINGLE BEDS in total.
The kitchenette has a three ring induction hob, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette set and everything you should need for cooking, eating and drinking.
The bedding consists of four good quality foam mattresses, four single duvets (140x200 cm) and four pillows (60x60 cm). A baby travel cot is available in the apartment.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and animals are not permitted.
The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (because of a couple of steps in the corridor leading to it).
On the ground floor of the building are several restaurants and bars, a ski hire shop, a hairdresser, a launderette and other shops. There is a night club in the basement. The entrances of the building are protected by an access badge system.
Please note that:
- You will find on your arrival: 1 roll of toilet paper and everything marked in the inventory which you will find at the end of the description of my apartment in "Other things to note".
- You must bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, and kitchen towels. The person handling my key handover offers a linen rental service.The price for 1 person pack, 1 sheet/ 1duvet cover/1 pillow case/ 1 bath towel/ 1 towel is €34. Household linen rented on site will be left in the apartment for late arrivals.
- End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and subject to a charge. The sum of €40 must be paid on arrival.
- A deposit of €400 must be paid by credit card when picking up the keys. The money is not debited. This deposit will be returned to you the day that you leave, after the apartment has been checked.
- No daily hygiene products, such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc., and no food products except salt and pepper will be present in the apartment. However, you will be able to buy them on site (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.).
- Please be aware that this apartment is in a holiday residence situated in the heart of Tignes Val Claret’s nightlife. The bars and nightclub in the building can sometimes be a source of unwanted noise. If you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend this apartment.
