Never been so disappointed
Booked and got off to a good start. You are overloaded with information and when there is no quick response they pick up the phone to call you.But how disappointing! Drove from the Netherlands to Switzerland. Requested early check in for 13:00, but still no answer. We already had a code for the cottage, so we checked if we could already get in. The cottage was one big chaos and everything from the last visitors was still everywhere and no electricity. Early check in did not work. Asked the company in their chat portal to send us a message when everything was ready. In the meantime I got ski passes and got ready for a nice winter sports week. Then off to the snow with the children. I get an automated email just after 17:00 from the company that we have a message in the portal. I open the message portal. Cottage cancelled! We cannot use it. Yes, there you are with children who are hungry around this time and no place to cook or sleep. Asked if they could call me. Was called and again nothing could be done. Asked if they would think along for a solution. After some time I got a link from a hotel that costs double the money! Sorry that is all we can do for you. We were literally on the street, they did not help.I would have appreciated it so much that they would bring this message by phone and help us further with a search, as promised on the website. But unfortunately, disappointing...
