Arrived and easily was able to find street parking. The building was in a good location but front yard and steps of the apt was cluttered with trash, which was unappealing. The steps up the 3rd unit are steep and narrow, which may be difficult for some to navigate. The apt. was as described but was not well cleaned. Strangely enough the beds had freshly washed bedding (my main concern!) but there was debris on the floor like someone had walked around with mud and leaves on their shoes, a dirty glass in the sink, and a muddy footprint on one bedroom wall. The vacuum that we found in the closet wasn’t working, so we had to wear shoes around the apt. the entire trip, which I did not like. The kitchen faucet was not working and I notified the owner immediately. He texted me a couple things to try, saying sometime the button on the faucet would get stuck. Well, try is we could, we could not get that damn button to pop out so that we had running water. Not a huge deal the first night because we got in late and had dinner out. However, I texted him the next morning that it still was not working. We planned to use the kitchen for lunch and breakfast and needed running water. At 9:22am I requested that he send someone over to look at it. No response. At 4:02pm I texted asking if he would discount our stay since we now had gone all day without water, no response. At 5:51pm he said he would send someone. No one ever came and I ended up buying a tool to dig in faucet to pop the thing.
