The front door of this 43m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space with two floors and a mezzanine.

This apartment has an open floor plan withe kitchen. On the mezzanine, the living room with fully equipped with sofa-bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine with classic capsules. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom and bathroom are in the basement and accessible by stairs. We do not recommend the space for kids or people with reduced mobility.

The bedroom has a queen bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, and the stairs can be a little steep, so we don't recommend this space for children or people with reduced mobility.

On the right bank of Paris, in the heights of the city, a little out of the crowds, the 18th arrondissement is a vast, authentic district full of charm, with, in places, a genuine village atmosphere. One of the most charming districts of Paris, Montmartre is the unmissable district of the 18th arrondissement. Start your visit with the Place des Abbesses, which stands in the middle of a magnificent children's carousel. Take a stroll in the Jehan Rictus square, where you will find the Wall of I Love You, a work that compiles hundreds of "I Love You" written in 300 languages and dialects. As you climb the hill of Montmartre, admire the famous Moulin de la Galette, the Place du Tertre, a landmark of Parisian artists, but also all the cobbled streets, pretty houses and small hidden green spaces that make up the charm of Montmartre.

Finally, head towards the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, which has its dome and mosaic, the largest in France, to enjoy one of the best panoramas of Paris. Don't hesitate to visit the Montmartre museum, which retraces the artistic development of the district, the vineyards of Montmartre or the exotic and colourful Goutte d'Or district. Finally, take advantage of the many mythical cultural places in the district, such as the Moulin Rouge, a famous cabaret founded in 1889, the Cigale, or Studio 28, the Mecca of the 7th art that many celebrities have attended.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lamarck - Caulaincourt (line 12), is just a 6-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
