Easily accessible and nicely furnished

We were in town to compete in the 70.3 Ironman. The place was nicely decorated with all that we needed. Fit our group of six comfortably. Communication was prompt. Check in and out was seamless.

This property was fantastic. House so well stocked- better than any other vrbo I have stayed at. The host/owner was great getting info to us and texted to let us know the house was ready earlier than normal check in. Will be back again for sure!!

Beautiful home ! All kitchen ,bath & bedrooms were perfect . I’m pretty particular about bedding and towels they were amazing. The living room & den were very comfortable. The best part though was the pool and backyard very relaxing and lovely

Great Wilmington House

We loved this house for our family. It was well stocked, the pool was great for the kids, and we had easy access to many things throughout Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. If we are back in the area, we will plan to stay here again.

Perfect change in plans

We had a wonderful stay. We had to change plans with all of damage in the mountains. We enjoyed the large backyard and the pool. Having our own mountain house that we also rent out, I pay close attention to other rentals. This had all the little extras that are so appreciated. The host was great with communication. We had an all around wonderful stay. We were in a location that made it so easy to go from the riverwalk to the beach and the surrounding shopping areas. Wonderful!

Great place to stay

Came in town for the Ironman 70.3 this weekend. This house was perfect. We lacked for nothing and the house was even better than the pictures. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The finishes and decor were beautiful

Perfect house for family

We had such a wonderful stay. It was perfectly clean and just a great setup for our family of 5. LOVED the pool and whole backyard area, really enjoyable with comfortable seating and the temperature of the pool was perfect even when we had some slightly cooler days. This was the most well-stocked house we’ve ever stayed in as far as kitchen goes. Also loved the Sonos sound machine to use inside and outside. Really close to lots of restaurants/grocery stores and a quick drive to the beach as well! Overall, just a perfect stay and we will definitely be back!!

Great time

Beautiful home and furnishings. Loved the showers with rainfall shower heads. Beds were small in a couple of the rooms. Pool area was nice along with a pool/guesthouse that we had no access to, not sure why. Grill was dirty so we did not use it. All in all, quiet neighborhood and about a 15 minute drive to the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Loved our stay!

This is such a great location and a beautiful place to stay! The house is so nicely renovated and our dogs were with us and really enjoyed the big backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and Biggers Market is right down the street. Loved stopping by there and buying different products for our weeks stay. Katie was a wonderful and responsive host. Always a great stay!

We love this property so much! Such a wonderful location of this house. The house was clean when we got there. We felt very welcome and comfortable staying. This is our 2nd year, in a row, staying at this house. We couldn’t find a better house to rent for our family of 6. The owner always responds promptly, she is really great! You won’t regret booking this house!

Great location beautiful yard

The property was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool so much! It was so relaxing to sit in the back yard and enjoy the pool and wonderful patio furniture. It is a quiet neighborhood and was great for morning runs/walks. The house it very nice on the smaller size. But we were traveling as a family so it was perfect. We had great communications with Katie about a few little things but overall our stay was perfect!

Fabulous

We have stayed at many vacation homes in recent years and this home was above our expectations. EVERYTHING was so well stocked that we only needed to go to the farmers market down the street. So thoughtful and thorough. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of throw blankets and lots of towels for a whole family and beach towels for the pool. The yard was great for games and having the grill was a bonus. Well done.

Fabulous home with EVERYTHING you need!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property! We were in town for a wedding with our kids and my parents. The kids were entertained with the huge yard and the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked and very open. Love the design of this remodeled home and we will absolutely be back. Location is perfect if you want to be both close to downtown and the beaches. Katie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Just awesome!

We can't say enough good things about this sweet house. Clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. 10 minutes from Wrightsville beach and 5 minutes from the Mayfaire shopping area, it was so convenient for our family of four. Our boys loved the wonderful heated pool (we were here the first week of April, and we didn't expect to get in the ocean, but it was so nice to have the option of the pool). Communication was fantastic. Detailed, responsive, so organized. We are VRBO owners ourselves, and we were so impressed by Katie and this property.

Visiting before loved one deploys

We rented this great house to visit my son before he deployed, it showed even better than presented on VRBO! Katie the owner was there if we had any needs at all, she was great! The house itself was beautiful and super clean,the kitchen had everything and more to prepare meals, no need to go out. Bed were super comfortable, the bathrooms were perfect. The pool was what drew us to the house, it did not disappoint, new and clean and wonderful! The backyard was beautifully landscaped! You absolutely can not go wrong with renting this house, we're already planning on trip here next year after deployment is done!

Awesome place in Wilmington

This house was so clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The rooms are super comfortable and interior design/decor very pretty. Bed was super comfortable, shower worked great, and neighborhood is quiet. Pool and backyard was amazing. I wish I had more time to stay there and play in Wilmington. I stayed here with family for a wedding in Wilmington and needed a place that would work for my brother with Parkinson’s. Open kitchen, dining room and living room space worked great for him as well as the hallway bathroom and walk in shower. Bath towels and pool towels provided were also excellent quality. Loved all of the extra hooks in bathroom and outside patio for towels. Also LOVED that there were luggage racks provided in the rooms to put your suitcase on. Lots of extra touches that really make the stay here wonderful. TV cable channels/apps selection was good too. No complaints about anything. Would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Wonderful clean home!m with a great yard!

We stayed at this property for a few days over the Thanksgiving holiday and the house was perfect. Nice Residential neighborhood about 10-15 mins into downtown Wilmington. House was very nicely appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and attention to lots of extra little details but the kitchen was set up very well! Usually the pots and knives and such in a rental are subpar but not here! We had everything we needed…even for cooking a big holiday meal! And the fully fenced yard is great! Felt private, nice fire pit, outdoor seating, you name it. We would definitely rent here again! You’ll be happy with your decision if you choose this property!
