However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

Smith House: is a 6 bedroom house located Ocean Front on Seaside's Promenade. 4 of the bedrooms and the living room all have Ocean Front Views and the ability to open windows and partake in the lovely ocean breeze. From the large grass yard to being a short walking distance to downtown you will never be bored in the house. Perfect home for a family gathering in Seaside!

*Parking for 4 Vehicles. All VEHICLES MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN/THROUGH GARAGE. Garage height is 6 ft 7 inches, so only cars and smaller SUV. No Street parking allowed.

Summer 2024 - This home has a 7 night minimum starting on Fridays each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can adjust stay to Friday to Friday. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Beautiful Beach House

We absolutely loved this house, it was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved working with Seaside Rentals and will definitely be booking them next year!

Wonderful Family Fun

It was a multi generational family gathering of 12. Eight adults and 4 kids. The Smith House was a lovely 120 year old house on the Prom with such a great location. That was what I went for most on this trip. The beach was right there, short walk to town, fenced yard, grill, fully appointed kitchen, and enough beds to accommodate all of us. We played games, watched people walk on the prom, went to the beach, town, and did some driving to other local communities just to see what we could. It was just the best time. Thank you for such a welcoming home.

Great Location, Bare Necessities

Check in process was smooth, but there is a lengthy document to fill out upon arrival regarding condition of the property, each room, walls, windows, furniture, etc. Seems like the last thing I want to spend 30 mins on upon arrival and something the property manager should do upon each guests departure. Location was fantastic, views beautiful, adequate parking, and yard well kept. Unfortunately, the inside was wildly outdated. It appeared as if furniture such as dressers and nightstands were decades old or had been picked up for free on the curb. Living room furniture was nice! A dishwasher and stove from the 90s…. The washer and dryer worked well!! The king mattress sags at head and in middle. The sheets were full of sand and black hair (by children and I all blonde) on the first attempt to sleep. Screens fell off my husbands window in the middle of the night. Rug in upstairs bathroom is disgusting and worn. Overall, it was just ok. If not for the location and views it would’ve been a tough stay. After reviewing other properties in the area it is clear that there are many that are updated and better kept for similar pricing.
