Sehr gemütliche und funktionale, 56 m2 große Wohnung. Die Wohnung in guter Lage in Christianshavn ist in der Nähe der Kanäle und der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, so dass hier 2-4 Personen Platz haben.

Die Wohnung liegt in Christianshavn, was zur Innenstadt gehört. Christianshavn ist aber vor allem für die maritime Atmosphäre und den Freistaat Christiania bekannt.

Schöne Wohnung zentral in Christianshavn gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit:

Flur, Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Küche.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus kann der Balkon betreten werden.

Zudem ist die Wohnung ausgestattet mit:

WLAN, TV mit begrenzter Kanalauswahl, DVD, Stereoanlage.

Zugang zu einem schönen Innenhof mit Spielplatz und Grillgelegenheit.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock in einem Gebäude ohne Aufzug.

Wir sind sehr flexibel und erlauben Gästen ab 10.30 Uhr einzuchecken oder zumindest ihr Gepäck abzugeben, falls das an dem Tag möglich ist, was von der Abreisezeit der vorherigen Gäste abhängt.

Excellent apartment for a medium length stay close to the centre of Copenhagen. The apartment is on the second floor of a large traditional built property and the stairs have been recently refurbished and I as an oder person (74) experienced no problems getting up them. As most older apartments in Copenhagen the bath room/shower is quite small but the one here was well organized with shower curtains. The apartment is well equiped with all you need for making and eating meals. Nearby there are really good connections to the city with a bus stop for the 2A service 5 minutes away and a 10 minute walk takes you to the metro station at Christianshavn for the M1 and M2 lines. The surrounding area is visually pleasing and there are a good number of bars, cafes and foodstores less then a ten minute walk away. I especially liked the Christianshavns bådudlejning & Café, Café Oven Vande, Christianshavns Færgecafé and Café Parterre. In my opinion the best burgers this side of the Atlantic can be obtained at Popl. It's a real short walk, 15 minutes, over the new pedestrail bridges to Nyhavn and the center of Copenhagen. Copenhagen is a very bike friendly city so be aware of where you stand as the bikes are silent.

The employee welcomed us very nicely and it was possible to refer to Appartement earlier. Everything went very well. The neighborhood is fantastic as well as the house of the apartment. The apartment was nice, clean and bright. It is small but for a few days absolutely adequate All in all we had a great and lovely trip to this beautiful city and I would recommend the flat for a short stay.

Everything you need, great location!
I enjoyed my stay here very much. The apartment had everything I needed and was in a great location. I know when I was looking through the reviews I saw comments about the small bathroom, but I wasn't too concerned because I used to live in Copenhagen and most of these older buildings had to get creative when adding bathrooms to apartments. This apartment has a very typical bathroom for a city apartment in Copenhagen. My only complaints were that they charge 30 Euros if you want to arrive after 8 pm, which isn't a deal breaker, I just would have liked to have known before I made the reservation instead of after. Additionally, the bedroom pillows were extremely flimsy and there were only two of them. However, I would not hesitate staying here again!

Very Disappointed
It was a great location and very convenient to grocery stores, Metro and tourist sites. I have never seen a bathroom this small. It is hard to describe but it had 2 shower curtains in an S shape to separate the shower from the toilet and the sink. The entire bathroom was not much larger than 1 square meter. When we arrived, there was hair stuck in the floor drain of the bathroom. The kitchen countertops were nasty. The refrigerator is a dorm size. The bed was a full sized bed with 2 duvets. It was very uncomfortable. The wooden floors throughout were unvarnished and stained from water. There was an excessively high cleaning fee charged on the reservation then upon arrival we were told, and had to sign, an agreement to vacuum, dust, clean and sanitize the apartment upon check out or be charged a cleaning fee. I have traveled to over 50 countries and have rented tourist apartments all over the globe and have never encountered such a request. The rental agent's telephone walking directions from the Metro were very far out of the way and were not the most direct route, especially carrying bags.

It is very small but absolutely fit our needs. It was quiet. Close to the Metro.
It is definitely cozy. Generally quiet (one massive party upstairs notwithstanding). A quick walk to the metro which really gives you access to all of Copenhagen - and Denmark, really. Walking distance to Christainia which is definitely worth a visit. Lots of music and art. Via the metro we saw Tivoli, the Botanical Gardens, Rosenborg Castle, the Walking Street, and then further on to visit with family in Farum. This was a perfect launching point for us.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location but dreadful shower
This location is excellent being walking distance to everything . The downsides : the shower pressure was almost non existent... it trickled out and was really annoying. The other downside was the very small double bed...and why ,after paying a lot of money, did we have to make our own beds and strip them at the end of our stay? There was also no tea towel or drying mat for washing up. As for having to take out the bins...well we couldn't find them and we also had to pay a lot of money for cleaning (which was included in the was added into the rental agreement), so we didn't feel so bad that we couldn't find the bins!.....the cleaning fee was way too excessive. A nice apartment but you can hear everybody else walking/talking upstairs and downstairs....that's apartment living when no one has carpeting !

Tolle und zentrale Lage
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben Christiania und in Fußnähe zum Zentrum. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallenb. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten um die Unterkunft verstreut. Perfekte Laufstrecke am Kanal und Geschäfte wie auch Bäckereien. Hatte sogar WLAN! Unterkunft ist ideal für zwei Personen. Das Badezimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr klein mit Klo, Duschvorhang und Waschbäcken auf ca. 1qm. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Sehr gerne wieder!

This apartment was perfect for our week-long stay in Copenhagen. The location is great - well connected to various transport links and good amenities. The atmosphere is both quiet and vibrant, in a neighbourhood kind of way. Although it is very close to Christiania, which attracts a lot of tourists, the apartment area is not at all touristy like some of the more central parts of the city. While there is sooo much to do and browse in Copenhagen, including various green and water spaces - for home chill outs, the balcony at the front is great for a natter over coffee or wine, and the communal back garden/courtyard has good sunlight, seating etc. We like to do a bit of cooking and found the compact kitchen to be very well equipped (there are some excellent markets for produce). The main living area has both dining facilities and comfy seating. The bathroom is very compact but everything functions well enough. I read some comments about the shower - it is a slightly unusual arrangement (a wet room floor style with curtains that pull around to isolate the shower from the loo and sink) - but it is a fine, functional, hot shower. The bedroom is well-equipped - perhaps the bed is a bit on the small side for two folk if you like to spread out, but is comfy enough generally. No hesitation in recommending it.
