This two-storey house can accommodate up to 7 people and is fully equipped to ensure you enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind. The house is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the port of Jard sur Mer and close to restaurants and shops.
This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends.

Ground floor:
- A large bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room and a private WC.
- A spacious living room opening onto the 300 m² garden, furnished and decorated in wood and natural colours, with a table and seating for meals, and a comfortable lounge with TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living area, with a utility room: oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher.
- An outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

First floor:
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190), the other with 3 single beds (90x190) bunk beds and a pull-out bed.
- Shower room and WC.
