After entering through your secure lobby, follow the grand staircase that leads upstairs to your private apartment on the second floor. Step right inside your Savannah escape, The Samuel Courtney Suite - One of our premium suites, offering a spectacular view of Bay Street. A premium suite means a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a washer-dryer combo, and stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, and toaster. You’ll love our extra special touches like tin ceilings and rich, roomy closets, and wood floors. Featuring ultra-private quarters, you’ll have no trouble sleeping four people with the exceptionally comfortable living room sofa sleeper. This suite is located above an in-house restaurant and lounge, therefore if you want complete quiet option you may want to select another one of our fantastic apartment suites on the third floor. Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their Suite, and utilize this to enter/exit the parking garage as they please. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.
