You're going to love spending your next vacation in this one-bedroom oceanfront condo! This lovely complex enjoys direct beach access, so you can enjoy a fun-filled afternoon on the white sands of the Atlantic. Afterward, come back to easily spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower located on the ground floor next to the beach access walkway. Take the elevator up to your sixth-floor suite and assemble a delicious beverage to enjoy out on the balcony with pool and ocean views. The living room features comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite DVD movies. Use the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal then serve up to four guests at the dining table. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a new adventure or download an energizing playlist to your device for a trip to the shared fitness center. After a good workout, cool off in the shared pool then come back to the suite to bask in the home's central AC while you ready yourself for an amazing dining experience at one of our two on-site restaurants!

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
