Plus, entertainment indoors will be easy to come by with free WiFi and multiple TVs capable of streaming your favorite shows. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Peaceful

All of the beds are comfortable. Everyone in my family committed on how comfortable the beds were the first night. The house has a large yard, is at the end of a dead end street, and we found that the bike outer is near the house takes you to the Wright Brothers memorial. Great house and a great trip

Great family vacation

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was a very comfortable home for 9 of us with lots of room to move around. The children enjoyed the games inside and large yard outside. Would stay again.

Ladies Weekend

We came here for a ladies weekend. There were 3 of us and we each had our own king bedrooms and each of us had our own bathroom with one extra! We loved the backyard with palm trees and the screened in area under the house was amazing! The massage chair was great after long days on our feet. This is a beautiful house and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Weekend getaway

Perfect home for our late October mini getaway with our pup! It was only the 2 of us so we didn't even use the second floor but we absolutely loved the backyard for our golden to run around. Everything was as listed. Communication was great. Convenient location to everything. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the third floor. Public beach access was very close. We didn't cook at all while we were there but kitchen looked very well stocked. Plan to return for future trips!

Thanksgiving

We stayed here in September and came back for Thanksgiving. We have enjoyed it so much that we scheduled again for Thanksgiving 2024! The Owners are great and this is the perfect house for having family gatherings. This house everything you need, a home away from home!

Perfect!

My family and I had a great stay. My children want to go back to this property for our next trip. It had all the space we needed and located near all we wanted to do. This area is our staycation go to and this house will be where we want to continue to stay. This is my second time using Vacasa and I definitely like it better than the other options out there.

Relaxing, wonderful property!

While the big rooms and bright, airy upper floor are fantastic, the backyard is the biggest WOW of this property. We felt so relaxed after a week there! Our dog loved how spacious it is and had a great time wandering all over while we sat at the pool, relaxing under the palm trees. The owners are also a big plus at this home. Long story, but we ended up having to contact them as a result of our dog's emergency medical event, and they were so caring and thoughtful during such a scary time, calling to let us know the nearest emergency vets and even calling later just to check on our girl. I can't recommend this property enough!!

Wonderful Escape

We truly enjoyed our week at this wonderful house. The pool is such a wonderful oasis for relaxing and on a rainy day we loved sitting in the area under the house. We also enjoyed taking our dog for a walk on the trail at the end of the street. Very good location and would definitely rent this house again

Lovely, spacious, as pictured

We wish we could stay here during the summer months as this house is perfect. Pool was not yet open but the pool grounds were gorgeous. The multi floor decks were perfect for sunrise/sunset. We traveled for bereavement and our family was comfortable, loved the area and found it convenient to everything/ everywhere we need to go. We did have an issue with the cleanliness in the bathrooms and had to buy supplies and clean ourselves to ensure we were in a clean space. We mentioned it to Vacasa and hope this isn't typical of the house. Outside of that issue though, perfect place. Better in person than the photos, which is impressive.

Great stay with the family

This home was great for our family vacation. The pool on site was a great size and held our whole party easily. The yard was extremely nice. We were able to play years games with our kids. It's a quick drive to anything that you could need, and the public beach access is just across the road; a 3-5 minute drive. All the beds very extremely comfortable and the water temp and pressure were great. Wish there was better lounge furniture out of the decks. The screened in patio under the house was the perfect hangout spot when we were in the pool. Since we came in late September, the pool was quite cold. We wish there could have been an option to have the pool heated. The surround sound for the patio and pool was a lovely surprise as well as the massage chair on the first floor. Overall, the only reason this home didn't get 5 stars from use was because or some cleanliness issues that we discovered. We would definitely return and stay here again in the future and would recommend you to stay here (as long as stairs aren't a problem for you)

Good Location PET friendly

Overall average! When I booked I was told pool was heated! 2 weeks before departure and after battling with Vacasa learned pool wasn’t heated any longer upon arrival bathrooms were dirty and main bedroom didn’t have blankets for bed. Shower and screen doors off the tracks. Vacasa was contacted and DID NOTHING. Will never book again if I know Vacasa is involved. POORLY. run and very unsatisfactory. With that said house is beautiful and fit our needs. But Vacasa is a poorly run company!

Not Clean Upon Arrival

The home was centrally located and nice. It was not cleaned completely when we arrived at 4pm. The pool was not open for the season. It was very dirty and sandy. I inquired about the pool status when booking the place. I was very disappointed to find out that it was not ready for the season. We probably would have booked a different place if I knew this information. Nice home, but I was not impressed with the property management company and our issues being resolved. We spend $65 on cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap etc and spend the first few hours of our stay wiping things down. It was not the best start to our Spring Break Vacation. The kids were very upset about the pool too. Property Management took 24 hours to get back to us.

Home away from Home

My family has stayed at this house 3-4 times and look forward to visiting again. For 2 Thanksgivings, we have cooked and entertained both my husbands family, as well as mine, all together. There has been plenty of space for all, including our fur babies to enjoy each other. The most amazing features of this house is the huge backyard and pool as well as a great open air hangout area located (with a stereo) underneath the home. We have stayed for 2 weeks at a time and because one bedroom os setup like a tv/game room, my husband can easily set up shop to work remotely (out of the way of the rest of the family)in a space he that our household doesn’t disrupt him. The location is on the soundside, in a local neighborhood, which allows a chance to go for a walk without too much traffic. Taking a short walk for a spectacular sunset is a great way to start each evening and one of of favorite family time! Thanks for sharing your home!

Great vacation!

Thank you for a lovely week. This house was clean, nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. The beach access was close enough, and the pool was perfect. It fit our two families of 4 like a charm with plenty of hiding spots for some quiet. Our favorite spot was under the house!

Awesome beach vacation

The house has a great outdoor living space including a really large pool and area to just hang out. There’s lots of room in the house and it’s close and easy access to the ocean. Great restaurants right around the area where the house is at. Our family has stayed at many houses in the Outer Banks and this is definitely one of the best. I would highly recommend this house!

Family Vacation with teens

This is the PERFECT house for a family vacation with teenagers! The yard and pool area is amazing for those days of pool time and cornhole tournaments! Perfect location- short drive to the beach.
