All set up with central air conditioning and a private balcony, this space is perfect for a family or group that wants to relax in a casual setting. Relax in the well-furnished living room, or take in the fresh air on your private balcony. When you're not exploring local restaurants, the bright full kitchen provides the appliances and tools you need to make delicious meals. Enjoy them together in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. The private washer/dryer will take care of the towels and bathing suits while you relax. Guests will be able to enjoy access to a shared pool during their stay, though of course the beach is just a short walk away!

This particular condo includes beach service, which includes two chairs with ottomans, a small table, and an umbrella.
This property does not allow boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not very many things in kitchen and no extra toilet paper, soap or paper towels, which for the money should be included and are in many condos we have used.

The room was very clean and spacious. Had no problem finding the location. Would stay again if vacationing. Only problem we had was the couch bed isn’t made for adults that are above 150 lbs cause you could feel rails under the mattress and feathers was coming out of the couch. Needs replacing if their going to advertise it as a bed.

My New Favorite Spot!
My twin girls (22 yrs old) and I drive down from Michigan. We stayed for four full days. The condo was perfect for all three of us. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool was very clean and had good spots for sun or shade. The beach was amazing! Chair service is such a bonus! We will be back!

Perfect!
Just a minor issue with door code that was quickly resolved via the number we texted. Condo was clean, property well maintained and easy walk to the private beach. The beach is beautiful and water lovely with dolphin sightings every day. Highly recommend!

Chill Vibe - Great Family Time
Pros - Condo was clean. Staff was helpful. Property manager responses were quick. Destin is beautiful. Candance and Security were friendly. Lots of friendly families soaking up the sun and relaxing. We will be back. Cons - refrigerator door opened on the wrong side and chairs and stools were uncomfortable.

This is a great condo. It was clean and I don't have any complaints with the property. I was concerned before arriving about how far it was from the beach but it was not very far away at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo
This was a great condo for our spring break trip to Destin. Condo is as clean, checkin and out was easy. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Walk to the beach was very short. Pool was lovely since it was so cold during our stay. Only down sides I would mention are the gym is in sad shape so if you like to work out on vacay, you will need to look elsewhere and if you stay for longer than a few days, be sure to bring extra trash bags and paper products.

I have been vacationing for a week stay in Destin for many years, and have never felt looked at different ever! From visitors at property to beach staff. Overall all my family felt not welcomed and uncomfortable. Your property yes is located very conviniently to beach and more but hospitality was horrible in general. All of the furniture in condo is horrible, we all hurt every morning from the beds and sofa beds. Couches had a stench odor. Restroom also smelled funny. Defy will never stay in these condos ever. Overall we are just glad to be home

Awesome location

Loved the location of the room, the beautiful beach area and pool area. In the room, decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The only reason for the drop to 4 was the dryer needs attention. We think it heats well but the air flow is an issue even after cleaning filter. It takes 2 or more cycles to dry a small load.

I wouldn’t stay here again
Location was nice, even though it’s not on the beach but you can see a little of the ocean from the balcony. The communication with the property manager was horrible. They sent me an expired gate code and when I called to get a correct one I was told to email them while sitting outside the gate unable to get into the property. The shower had hair in the drain & wasn’t clean. Disgusting! The ice maker wasn’t working and we had to once again call the property manager or lack thereof. Overall, Vacasa needs to get some property management training and learn better customer service.

This place was perfect for us. However, we had to continue to call at 4 pm to get the check-in code and no one ever sent me an email/text with the code. The dishwasher was broken, but we didn't use it. Other than that this place was perfect!
