With an ideal location close to the beach and views of the bay from a spacious, furnished balcony, this two-bedroom suite is going to give you the vacation you've been hoping for! Inside, guests will find a welcoming environment filled with comfy furniture and cool tile floors, with lots of beachy decor throughout. The living room has plenty of luxurious seating and a flatscreen TV, and you'll love cooking up a storm in the full kitchen. There are four barstools available at the breakfast bar, and the balcony is equipped with a table/chair set with seating for three. Take advantage of the provided beach chairs when you spend the day at the beach then use the home's private washer and dryer to rinse away the sand while you bask under the home's central AC and ceiling fans. You can take the elevator to easily access the shared pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
