Very close walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants and more, this stunning 3,200 SF home is light and bright throughout, with high ceilings and a luxurious coastal vibe. Main level has folding doors that completely open to front and rear patios, creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor living space for your vacation. A/C throughout keeps you comfortable on warm days and fireplaces in the living room and covered back patio keep you cozy on chilly nights. Enjoy your favorite media anywhere in the house with televisions inside and out. Find your way to the roof-top deck for a 360 degree view of the island. The upper level features three bedrooms, including master suite with front facing balcony, gorgeous bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower level can function as a separate living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large entertainment space, complete with temperature controlled wine room. With a private yard, a 2-car garage and a chef quality custom kitchen, you have everything you need to experience Coronado living at it's finest. One dog may be approved for addt'l fee.

Ideal home for Coronado stay

My husband, son, and I enjoyed our time at this home immensely. The location is ideal to enjoy Coronado’s beach (7min walk to the beach) and local businesses (we loved the coffeeshops, the juice shop, the donut shop, and Bay Books). We also walked to Spreckle’s park and its great playground. Coronado’s library was also a highlight. The home itself was clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We loved the outdoor spaces and spent equal time indoors and out when we were at the house. Chris, the property manager was a pleasure to interact with and was super helpful. Our whole experience was ideal and we hope to visit Coronado again and will definitely stay in this home again.

Great property

Excellent location. First class home. Beautiful decor and floor plan. Lots of outdoor seating - front, back, upstairs balconies and roof deck. Have rented many homes in Coronado. This was one of the best.

Absolute dream of a home

This was the perfect house for our family vacation over the holidays. The location was ideal for restaurants, shopping, grocery store, the Del and beach. Everything was within a few blocks. In fact, we rarely used our car. If we needed to get around, we used the 4 beach cruisers that came with the house. The home was spotless and beautifully furnished. Everything was brand spanking new, including furniture, linens, kitchen pots and pans, etc. There are many TV's, including a big screen TV downstairs with a giant sectional that we all gathered around to watch football. Those not interested, had their own quiet place upstairs around the fireplace. There was plenty of "outdoor" living too - even in the winter. The rooftop deck was beautiful for happy hour and watching sunsets, the front porch for watching the world go by and the back patio for morning coffee, spent by the outdoor fireplace and heater. Speaking of coffee, there was a built-in espresso machine with specialty coffees at your fingertips. Macchiato or latte anyone? The kitchen was loaded with high end appliances including a separate wine cooler and separate beverage drawers that could double as refrigerator overflow. The kitchen was supplied with foil, saran and different size baggies as well as olive oil and every spice you could imagine. Bathroom extras included cotton balls, Q-tips, slippers, a travel toothbrush if you forgot yours and more. The laundry room was supplied with powder and liquid detergent and all kinds of cleaning supplies. Chris was very responsive with any questions or concerns we sent his way. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend their dream vacation on Coronado.
