The entrance to this 45 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. (Please note, we do not provide linen for the sofa bed.)

The dining area features a table that can seat three guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: an oven, a microwave, a toaster, an espresso machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200) with high-quality hotel linens and a television for relaxation. A wardrobe is provided to store your belongings so you can feel at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays.

The Montmartre neighbourhood, located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, is famous for its bohemian and artistic charm. Explore its cobbled and hilly streets with picturesque cafés, art shops, and galleries. Visit the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, perched on the hill, for a panoramic view of the city. Discover iconic places like the Wall of Love, the Moulin Rouge, and the famous Lapin Agile cabaret. The apartment is just 2 minutes from the iconic Abbesses Square. Montmartre is rich in history and creativity, where art, culture, and gastronomy meet in a unique Parisian atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Abbesses (line 12), is just a 3-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
