House rules:

1.Party rules :No Party is allowed . This house is located in safe, nice, quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events is not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10pm - 8:00am. Pre approval is required for visitors .

2.Parking : Only parking on the back drive way or in front of our house only . No parking in front of any neighbor 's house, no blocking mail boxes. ( 2 on drive way , 3 in front of the house ) .

3. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20 per person per night. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. No unauthorized guests beyond booking . No authorized visitors.

4. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

5. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

6. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

7. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

Great Spot for Great Wolf Lodge, DWA, etc.

We had a pleasant experience here. The neighborhood is very family-oriented and safe. We went to a nearby park with the kids and they loved it. The house was nice, although the game room floor was super sticky from a previous guest. I ended up cleaning the floor to prevent it from spreading. Parking in the back was difficult for 2 cars. My truck had quite a hard time, so I kept it out front instead. Property Manager was fantastic and communicated quickly.

Excellent stay for extended family

This property is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of space for the kids and seating options in the community rooms. I love that most of the bedrooms had tvs.. comfortable beds too! Very happy here for 9 of us.Great location for us. Thank you!

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here to visit Grapevine for Christmas. Very cool place and great for visiting the very busy Grapevine area, but having a quiet get away after the hustle and bustle.

Comfortable Stay

The property is in beautiful. Everything upgraded and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The backyard space is comfortable as well. The wifi was strong and there is plenty of space. I would love to stay again when visiting town, especially with a larger group

Great For Families

Our three families, two from out of state, convened for a long Easter weekend together. We chose this property because of the close proximity to shopping and dining, and for the room it gave us and the kids to have our own space when we needed it. The game room was a bit hit for all ages because of the arcade game and additional space it provided the kids to burn off some energy. The covered patio was a hit too. The table and chairs gave the adults a place to sit, chat, and enjoy a good coffee in the morning and throughout the day. The only negative would be the grass in the back yard needed to be cut. It wasn’t knee high, just a few days past when it should have been done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a family who’s staying in town for a few days or longer. It was very clean and well kept. We cooked Easter dinner here and had room for everyone. There’s a Kroger 5 minutes down the street too when you need to buy snacks or drinks or when planning for meals.

Work Trip

Three of us stayed at this property for a recent work trip to our Irving/Las Colinas office. The interior of the house was very nice and clean. It is well-stocked, as well. If you have kids who need to be entertained with air hockey or old-school arcade games, this place is for you! A nice set-up for families.

Cozy home away from home

We were getting some work done on our own home and needed a place for our busy family of 6 to stay. This property was the perfect fit! It was cozy, clean and the property managers were easy to work with-even when we had to extend our stay at the last minute! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I and my daughter, her husband, and 4 and 6 year old kids stayed 2 nights at the end of December. The house was very clean and the host was very attentive to our needs ..even delivering batteries when one of the remotes wasn't working! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

We hosted a small baby shower here with the owners permission of course. Everything was perfect. The home is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the game room. Beds were comfy. The master tub is so deep and perfect for a nice soak. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a small group.

We enjoyed our stay with a couple of our soccer families. The kids enjoyed the gameroom but it was very hot in there. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great Location

10 family members stayed to meet up with family who live in the area for the 4th of July. Quiet neighborhood, big kids loved the game room. Kitchen and family room were well stock. We ran short on towels but were able to wash and dry for use another day. Stairs are very steep so I would not recommend for toddlers or elderly.

Wonderful Property

The house was perfect and extremely clean for our extended stay. There were plenty of beds, bedding, and supplies. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms were well-stocked with staples we could use. There was a minor plumbing issue when we first checked in, and the owner had someone out within the hour. Great communication and easy check in/out. The game room is an added bonus, as our teens had a blast with it.

Stayed for a work event in Irving with 9 other work associates. House was clean and well styled. Beds were comfortable matched well with photos on site. The game room daybeds were a nice addition, a couple guests decided to sleep there instead of in the bunk beds!

Great property local to DFW and adjacent areas. Well stocked house with everything you need If you have kids the game room and sleeping area is a life saver for the kids who need constant stimulation. Great dining area etc Overall a very good experience One warning for people who have issues going up and down stairs ,, the stair case to the upper level can be a challenge though there is one bedroom on the bottom floor I will be back next time I am in DFW
