Laforêt Bandol is pleased to offer you this beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa in a quiet location.

The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room.
All this space opens onto the terrace.
You'll find a laundry area in the garage.
A guest toilet completes the ground floor.

Upstairs you'll find 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a children's single bed, 1 bedroom with a single bunk bed and an office with a sofa bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
A bathroom and separate toilet complete the first floor.

Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace with a pergola, overlooking fields and vineyards.
A gas barbecue is available.
There's also an above-ground swimming pool and a trampoline.

You can park up to 3 vehicles on the property.

We ask for a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival.

Tourist tax is payable to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.

Booking fees are 40€ and already included in the price.

Final cleaning is compulsory and already included in the price.

For added comfort, you can opt for sheets and towels for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays are subject to a surcharge of 100 euros.
Weekday arrivals after 6pm will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival in cash or cheque. This is not cashed and is returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your details, those of the agency and the property rented will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will also be asked to provide proof of holiday or civil liability insurance.
No rental will be confirmed without these documents.

Our apartments and houses let you enjoy the beauty of our region: beaches and protected natural areas, the nature parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose “Notre dame” beach was voted the most beautiful in Europe, seaside walks such as a boat tour of the Cassis creeks, hikes in the Verdon gorges or along the coastal path, especially Cap Sicié.

You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Le Castellet, a pleasant place to stroll or share an ice cream, and discover the wines of Bandol. Most of Bandol's estates are in the commune of La Cadière, and you can enjoy the magnificent scenery at any time of year. We recommend the Moulin de Saint Côme for olive oil production. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of Europe's most beautiful harbors.

From April to September, our agricultural producers welcome you every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm to 8pm to offer you fresh local produce (fruit, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.).

For your children, there's the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside activities (trampoline, bungee), water sports (diving, sailing, snorkeling), boat trips and the Bandol zoo. If you're looking for small board games, we recommend l'Atanière, a store offering a wide range of board games for all ages.
