The reception and key handover take place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation.
It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away.

Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included in this reservation: you must bring your own household linen. These services are offered as an option, to be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with
- 2 single duvets of 140 x 200
- 1 double duvet of 240 x 260 (Double bed)
- 1 double duvet of 220 x 260 (Sofa bed)
- The pillows are square, 65 x 65.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No, pets are not allowed.

ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10pm and 8am.
- Check-out time is 10am maximum.
- The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes).
- A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured within two weeks of arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit). It automatically cancels 20 days after your departure.

GOOD TO KNOW:
!! We are unable to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left behind and so on).
