Enjoy Fort Worth in style with this industrial luxury loft that has been recently renovated, professionally decorated, and built for comfort. A perfect option for business travelers, couples looking for a night out, and tourists. The loft offers 20ft ceilings, large windows, a cook ready kitchen, and a 70 inch smart tv.
Located one block from Sundance Square and 3 blocks to the convention center. You are walking distance to all of the city’s finest steakhouses, bars, and general entertainment!
I am available for questions whenever you need me and are more than happy to provide downtown recommendations or any other recommendations around the broader city. Don’t hesitate to ask. Please make yourself at home.

You’re also a quick drive from the historic Stockyards, the renowned Fort Worth Zoo, and TCU, making this location perfect for both city exploration and local charm.

The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.
***You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

If you need to unload luggage, the 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building is available for your use. Please note that this area is closely monitored, so avoid leaving your vehicle unattended to prevent fines.

Our property faces a road where garbage trucks make stops, especially at night or early morning (typically on Wednesdays, but this may vary) and it's also situated across from The Piano Bar. Due to the historical nature, the building's windows may not fully insulate sound. For noise concerns, we offer white noise machines, fans, and earplugs upon request, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Please note that our property features ventless dryers, which may have some limitations compared to traditional dryers. Rest assured, we've also provided additional clothes dryers on-site for your convenience during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out.
