In this beautifully renovated apartment, you will enjoy:

lush garden, and a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, board games, and Smart TV.
- A new, stylishly equipped independent kitchen, opening onto a charming backyard –
perfect for sunny breakfasts.
- The master suite: features a king-size bed, shower room with double sink, separate
WC, dressing room, and direct access to the garden.
- The blue bedroom: includes 2 twin-beds that can be converted into a king size bed, a
wardrobe, storage cabinets, and a shower room.
- The rose bedroom: offers a queen bed with storage, a wardrobe, a shower room, and
access to the backyard. This room stays cool all day, even without air conditioning.
- An independent WC in the night area, with a storage closet.
- An outdoor courtyard with a ping-pong table and a small bistro table.
