The region lends itself to many sporting and recreational activities: visits to the cities of Toulouse (30min) and Carcassonne (50min), bike rides along the Canal du Midi, mountain walks (the Pyrenees are an hour's drive away)
Access:
Two entrances with remote-controlled gates give access to the property, with space for several vehicles, in addition to the double garage with electric car connection.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house's private car park.

- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car
